I bought a lamp from this company not too long ago and boy, was I ever let down by the quality. The plug broke after only two days, making the whole lamp useless. When I took a closer look, it was obvious that the cheap Chinese transformer they used wasn't up to snuff, and I couldn't find a replacement at any regular store. I got in touch with customer service to try and get a new piece, but they never got back to me. With no solution in sight, I had to throw out the lamp after just two days. I'd steer clear of this company - they seem to care more about making a quick buck than about keeping their customers happy.

I bought 16 smart plugs from this place but they started crapping out after 18 months. So I called them up and they said their warranty only lasts a year. Honestly, their stuff's just not reliable and you won't get any help if they break. Better off getting your smart plugs from somewhere else.

I just bought a webcam from this company and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality. The HD view is super clear, and I haven't had any issues with it at all. Well, except for a little hiccup with the audio. But, the customer service team was right on it and quickly sent me a replacement. The new webcam works perfectly, and I'm so thankful for the quick and helpful assistance I received. They even rushed the shipping so I could have it in time for an important meeting. Overall, I'm really happy with both the product and the amazing customer service from this company. I'll definitely be a repeat customer in the future.
