Returns & RefundsOne of the light bulbs I bought stopped working completely after not even using it for long. So, I contacted their customer service team to try and fix the problem, but they asked me to send them a video of the broken bulb which seemed kind of silly to me. It's really inconvenient and unreasonable, so I've decided to return all four light bulbs instead. Next time, I think I'll just go back to using Amazon for my lighting stuff.

Returns & RefundsI bought a Smart Plug from this company not too long ago. The product itself is good quality and works fine, but I had some trouble with their return policy. The website said I could return it within 14 days, but when I tried to send it back, it was a real hassle and I couldn't get it sorted out easily. Just a heads up, it's probably best to only buy something if you're really sure about it, because returning it might end up being a complicated process.
