Dry cigars
So I decided to try ordering from this place for the first time, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The cigars I got were all dried out and stale. When I tried to return them, they actually took money off because I opened the package. How was I supposed to know if the cigars were bad if I didn't even check them? The customer service was just terrible, they were so rude and not helpful at all. I'm definitely never going to order from there again, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from that place. Seriously, avoid JR Cigars at all costs!
Box of cigars
I ordered a box of cigars from this company not too long ago. The problem was, it took several days for them to even start processing my order. And then they told me it would take an extra 3-8 business days for shipping. When I reached out to Customer Service to ask about the hold-up, they didn't seem to get it and didn't really help me at all. They just said they didn't know what was going on with my order and didn't offer to fix it. I'm pretty annoyed and let down by this whole thing, so I won't be buying from them again.
5 ct Infused gift set with order
I recently bought some stuff from JR Cigars and was kinda bummed to see that the 5 ct Infused gift set that was supposed to come with certain orders wasn't in my package. I got an email from them last week about this special deal, so I was expecting to get the gift set with my order. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me they might have run out of the gift sets, saying they were only available while supplies lasted. I was surprised by this and mentioned that they should have told me earlier so I could have thought about my purchase. Overall, I felt like the customer service was lacking in paying attention and keeping me informed.
Recent cigar purchase
I just bought something from this company and man, oh man, let me tell you, I was not impressed at all. Thought the prices were alright at first, but then when I dug deeper, turns out they were sneaky and I got charged way more than I thought. Tried to send the package back right away, but customer service was ghosting me. Took weeks to get a response and all they did was shut me down. So not cool, eh?
Busted Oliva cigars order
So, I tried to order some Oliva cigars and it was a disaster! First, I couldn't log into my account so I had to call to place my order. Then, they didn't even tell me my transaction didn't go through. What a fail! And then, when I called to fix it, they said they couldn't give me the sale price because it was over. Like, really? How was I supposed to know my order didn't work? I asked for a refund on my JR Cigars Plus membership, but who knows if I'll actually get it. Ugh.
Recent order of JR alternatives
I just got some JR alternatives and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how they taste and the price was good. I've been a customer for a long time and I can tell you that JR Cigars always comes through with top-notch products. Their alternatives are tasty and won't break the bank. In the 20 years that I've been buying from them, I've only had to get a refund four times, but each time it was easy and no problem at all. JR Cigars really cares about making their customers happy, and I'm grateful for that.
Recent disappointing purchases
As someone who's been a customer of JR Cigars for a while now, I gotta say I've been noticing a pretty big drop in the quality of their products lately. My last three buys have been major letdowns, all dried out and with cracked leaves. Couldn't even smoke 'em, which really bugged me. So I've decided I'm gonna start looking for a new place to get my cigars from now on.
Cigars for the past decade
I've been going to this cigar shop for ten years now, and I've always been impressed by their service and quality. I live in Canada and often travel to the US, so I need my orders to come quickly, and JR never disappoints. The couple of delays I had were understandable and resolved promptly by the customer service team. The staff at the Client Department have always been friendly and professional, making me a satisfied customer. Plus, the cigars are always top-notch. I trust JR Cigars to always come through for all my cigar needs.
Sample box of cigars with 2nd day UPS shipping
I had a really bad experience with an online cigar store in Burlington, NC. I ordered a sample box of cigars and paid extra for 2nd day UPS shipping because I wanted to surprise my very sick brother in a nursing home in NYC. A sales rep promised me that my order would be sent quickly, so I told my brother to expect it on a specific day. But when it didn't arrive, I asked for the tracking number. Turns out, they didn't send it because they didn't get my age verification. I was surprised they didn't reach out to tell me about the delay and had no follow-up plan for shipping issues. They said I had to wait 10 days to see if it wasn't sent. I'm definitely not buying from them again because their customer service is terrible.
Awesome cigar order
I keep getting awesome deals and my stuff arrives real quick. One time there was a mistake, but they fixed it right away when I told them. The folks there are super friendly and provide excellent service. I definitely recommend it.
Regular customer for 20+ years
I've been a loyal customer of JR Cigars for over twenty years now. I've had some issues with shipping and auction mistakes in the past, but their customer service has always been top-notch. However, ever since the company was taken over, there have been some major changes that have really impacted my overall experience. The auction feature I used to enjoy every morning is gone, and the prices have shot up. JR Cigars used to have the best prices around, but now they're just like everyone else. A lot of my favorite cigars have been discontinued, and the loyalty program has been changed so it's not as rewarding for us customers. Points expire quickly, and there's all kinds of restrictions on how you can use them. Plus, it seems like sale items are always marked as out of stock as soon as they're advertised. This whole situation has made me wonder why I'm still supporting JR Cigars, as they don't seem to care as much about long-time customers like me anymore. That's why I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
Bummed about not being able to order smokes to my place
I was super pumped to order some packs but JR won't deliver to Wyoming anymore! I tried everything to figure out why - called my local representatives, emailed customer service, talked to employees and a supervisor. No one had any answers! They just said they received an email. I even sent another email to customer service a week ago and still haven't heard back. Talk about terrible customer service.
Cigars
I've been a customer of JR Cigars for a while now, and I've noticed a change in how they operate. It used to be all about us, the customers, but now it feels like it's just about making money. I've had situations where employees can't tell us about any deals, so we have to find out on our own. And I recently found out that memberships aren't being renewed, likely to make more money. This shift in focus has made me feel like they don't value me as a customer anymore.

Plus, they charged me for everything and I had to fight to get a refund. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and unhappy. I definitely recommend finding a different company to buy from.
Recent cigar purchase missing advertised deal
The website had a special offer on a cigar I liked, so I ordered right away. But when it arrived, the deal was gone. Customer service said they ran out of supplies. I was annoyed because I ordered right away, so why advertise it if you don't have enough? I used to think the company was good, especially with customer service, but now it's disappointing. I've had a better time with Mike's Cigars, so I'll be going to them in the future.

Cool stuff
I picked up some really cool things from that spot, but man, the service was brutal! This lady, Dorothy H., was super rude and totally killed my mood. I was pumped to score some neat stuff, but now I'm not sure I'll ever go back. It's just not worth the hassle, so keep your cash and find somewhere else. Seriously, you don't need to deal with all that drama.
Bought some cigars
So, you know, I got some cigars from JR Cigars, eh. The whole thing was just awful, man! The customer service was terrible, and they packed my order so bad that the cigars were just rolling around in this huge box with a humidor and promo knife banging into them. And, listen to this, they removed some auction wins from my account right after I won them! I feel completely ripped off by them, eh. Never going back there again, dude. Cigarbid is the place to go, way better.

I just bought some cigars from this shop and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the quality and variety they had. They had all kinds of brands and flavors, perfect for both cigar experts and newbies. The customer service was top-notch too, the staff really knew their stuff and were able to suggest some great options based on what I liked. It was a great experience overall!

I gotta say, those premium cigars I got from JR Cigars were absolutely amazing. The taste was top-notch, giving me a rich and satisfying smoking experience. The quality of the cigars compared to the price was unbelievable - great bang for my buck. Even though there was a little delay with the delivery from the post office, the customer service from JR Cigars was fantastic. They were super efficient and professional the whole way through ordering. Definitely gonna be a loyal customer from now on with JR Cigars.
