Two laser keychains
I recently bought two laser keychains, one for my son who just became a dad and one for my husband. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the engraving on the back, which left me feeling pretty disappointed. So, I decided to reach out to the company and I was pleasantly surprised by how great their customer service was. The team really listened to my concerns, were super attentive, and worked hard to fix the mistake. They were really understanding, kind, and definitely came through for me. Thanks to their amazing service, I'm now a loyal customer and will definitely be getting a locket from them soon. I really recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch personalized items.

ES3 New York purchase
I recently had a bummer of an experience with the customer service team. I snagged a pair of ES3 New York shoes from the last stock, but ran into a problem with the delivery. The shoes were left in the elevator of my building and got swiped before I could grab them. I contacted customer service right away to report what happened and try to sort things out. Unfortunately, the response I got was far from professional - they weren't great at communicating and seemed to lack some basic customer service skills. Despite taking a while to get back to me, Saucony didn't offer to replace the shoes in a different color as a goodwill gesture. They just ended up giving me a refund, which left me feeling let down since I had scored the shoes at a discount during a Black Friday sale. This whole ordeal was a major letdown and it's definitely changed how I see the brand and their customer service.

Earnings received quickly
I was a bit unsure about Zap Surveys at first, like, reading the reviews and all that. But I thought, hey, why not give it a shot, eh? So I spent a couple of weeks doing surveys and, lo and behold, I got paid $25.86 right on time. I asked for the money yesterday, and today it was already in my account, eh? I'm super happy about how fast they paid out, so I'm gonna keep using the app to make some more cash, for sure.

PDF converter software
I just bought some PDF converter software and I was really impressed by how simple it was to set up on both my Windows and MacOS gadgets. It was awesome that I could use the same license code for both systems, which was way better than Adobe's subscription stuff. The installation went super smoothly and the software itself works like a charm, handling even tricky formatting like a pro.

I was totally stuck when I forgot my password, but the customer service rep I talked to really saved the day. She was super nice and down-to-earth when she helped me get back into my account. I think she deserves a promotion for being so awesome at what she does.

Email client setup
This email client was so easy to set up, eh! Just gotta put in your email and password, and bam, you're good to go, eh. Took me a minute to figure out the interface, but once I did, smooth sailing, eh. Definitely one of the best email clients for Windows out there, for sure!
