What a terrible experience! I ordered a tent from this company over a month ago and still haven't received it. Their customer service is just terrible, taking forever to reply to my messages and not even solving my problems. I requested a refund, but it seems like they're purposely dragging their feet. There's no phone number to call, only an email where they take forever to get back to you. I definitely suggest avoiding this company if you want your order to arrive on time and without issues.

The stuff from Naturehike looked nice at first, but honestly, they weren't that great. The hiking poles snapped while I was out on a hike, the air mattresses and pillow kept getting leaks, and the only things that held up were the tents. I was pretty bummed out by how quickly everything fell apart, especially for how much I paid. I won't be buying anything from Naturehike again.

The Opalus 3-person tent has finally come in and I'm so pumped to try it out on my next bike adventure. I've heard nothing but good things about this tent so I've got high expectations for how it'll do on the road. It's super light and easy to set up which is perfect for my trips outside. And there's plenty of room inside to keep my stuff and sleep comfortably. I'm excited to see how it handles different weather and terrain. I know this tent will be even better than I thought it would be and it'll definitely be a must-have in my camping gear lineup.

I just got myself the VIK 1 tent and I gotta say, it's been amazing. The quality of this tent is top-notch and setting it up is a breeze. I've taken it on a few camping trips already and it's kept me dry and cozy through all kinds of weather. The design is slick and practical, giving me plenty of room for myself and all my gear without being too big and bulky. I really like how they paid attention to all the little details, like the strong poles and waterproof material.

I bought an inflatable mattress online and boy was I disappointed with what I got. I specifically asked for one with a bag, but when it arrived, it was just the mattress – no bag in sight! I did my research, made sure the description said it came with a bag, because I could’ve easily found a cheaper one if I wanted it without. But guess what? The package came without the bag I was promised. I called customer service and they said there was a note about the bag not being included, but I swear I didn’t see that note when I ordered. What’s worse, on their website, they had a similar product with and without a bag, but the picture showed it with the bag. They denied any mistake and overcharged me by 40% for the wrong item. And to top it off, one of the products was broken when it arrived. It’s frustrating to think that even when you order directly from the original website, you can still get scammed.

I ordered a camping table and two chairs from this company. The table arrived quickly, but the chairs never came. The website said shipping would only take 18 business days, but after a month, the chairs were still 'with the carrier in the country of departure.' I contacted Customer Service twice, but they weren't helpful or understanding. Camping season is almost done, and I'm still waiting for my chairs. It's been a letdown, and I won't be ordering from here again.

I got in touch with customer service and they ended up sending it out again through a different company. Finally received my tent and it's perfect for my camping excursion!

After about 4 weeks, they told me the tent got sent back to them for some reason. But finally, after 13 weeks and 3 attempts, the tent finally arrived, eh! It's really cool, well-made, and looks awesome, eh. Big shoutout to the customer service team for not giving up, eh!

I just bought a fancy new tent and was so pumped when it showed up at my door. But when I finally got around to opening it up, I saw that one of the poles had a big crack in it. Man, I was pretty let down to see that it was messed up before I even got to take it for a spin. It got me thinking about the company's quality control, you know?
