What a terrible experience! I ordered a tent from this company over a month ago and still haven't received it. Their customer service is just terrible, taking forever to reply to my messages and not even solving my problems. I requested a refund, but it seems like they're purposely dragging their feet. There's no phone number to call, only an email where they take forever to get back to you. I definitely suggest avoiding this company if you want your order to arrive on time and without issues.

I ordered a camping table and two chairs from this company. The table arrived quickly, but the chairs never came. The website said shipping would only take 18 business days, but after a month, the chairs were still 'with the carrier in the country of departure.' I contacted Customer Service twice, but they weren't helpful or understanding. Camping season is almost done, and I'm still waiting for my chairs. It's been a letdown, and I won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered a tent online and didn't hear anything for a whole week. I ended up having to reach out to them to get the tracking number and turns out it had already been delivered. I got in touch with customer service and they ended up sending it out again through a different company. Finally received my tent and it's perfect for my camping excursion!

I just bought a bunch of camping gear like tents, sleeping bags, stool, chairs, and a gas heater. I was super happy with how good the stuff was. But man, the delivery took forever - almost a month for each item!
