Vinyl record purchase
I recently bought some vinyl records online and was pretty happy with the selection they had. But when my order arrived, it turned out they sent me the wrong items. So, I got in touch with their customer service right away and they were really sorry about the mix-up. They admitted the error and sorted out the right records to be sent to me in no time. I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally they fixed the mistake. The replacement records showed up fast and in great shape, just like I hoped. All in all, I had a good experience with their customer service and I liked how they took charge to fix everything up.

This place has awesome service! Unlike another store I've shopped at, if Rough Trade says they have something in stock, they really do. Plus, they don't take your money until it's ready to ship, which is such a weight off my shoulders. I've been burned before by other stores saying a record is limited, only to realize weeks later that it's not actually available after they've already charged me. It's so nice to see a store like Rough Trade being honest and upfront.

I was so happy when I found a company that doesn't charge you until your order is actually on its way. Their website has a huge selection of vinyl records, and even CDs which can be hard to find in stores nowadays. Their filing system in the store might be a bit tricky, but the online search function makes it super easy to find what you want. I usually like to buy music in person, but their website is great for those rare items. And the way they packaged my order was top-notch too.

I've been shopping at this store for a while now, mostly because they have a great selection of books and CDs.
