OverallI gotta say, my experience at the store was amazing. I found a US album that I couldn't find anywhere else in the UK, so that was a huge win for me. The staff were super helpful and knew their stuff, making it easy for me to make my purchase. They shipped out the album quickly and I got it on release day, which was awesome. The packaging was really well done, making sure the album arrived in perfect shape. On top of all that, they kept me in the loop the whole time with great communication. Overall, I'm seriously impressed and wouldn't think twice about recommending this store to others.
