Rough Trade - Reviews and experiences

I ordered something, and then like over three weeks later they just decided to cancel it without even telling me why! I tried reaching out to them, but didn't get any response at all. It was seriously the worst shopping experience I've ever had. So uncool.

So, I wanted to get some RSD vinyl from Rough Trade and it was a nightmare. I ordered four 12" records and waited three weeks with no updates. Suddenly, they canceled my order! Super frustrating. I decided to just get two of the items still available. Same thing happened - no responses to my emails or messages. It felt like customer service didn't even exist. When I tried to cancel, it didn't show online and they didn't acknowledge my cancellation. What a mess! After canceling, I got a shipment confirmation for one of the items, so now I had to pay for a duplicate that I already got somewhere else. Overall, my experience with Rough Trade Berlin during RSD was so disappointing, especially since I've always been a happy customer at the UK branch.

I've been buying records from this online shop for a while, and I gotta say, they always come through. The packaging is always great and they communicate really well. And if there's ever a problem, their customer service team is quick to fix it. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves vinyl!
