Skincare products
The skincare products I bought were great! They really gave my skin a nice refresh and made it feel brand new. But, I was kinda bummed when I saw there were no dates on them - like, when were they made? How long are they good for? It's important to know these things to make sure they still work well.
Cancelled order, delayed refund
I am just so annoyed with this company right now. They cancelled my order, but it's been 16 days and still no refund. I've tried contacting them through email, DM, and comments, but no one seems to want to help or explain what's going on. It's not right to hold onto my money without giving me any answers. Their customer service is a joke and it really feels like they don't care about us at all.
Order not moving, needs to find a new route to Mexico
I ordered something back in December, so it's been over a month now and it's still in the same spot. The delivery company told me to reach out to the seller, but I'm not getting my hopes up that it'll show up anytime soon. Here's hoping!
Eye cream gave me allergic reaction
I bought this eye cream and it made my eyes so puffy and itchy, it was awful. When I reached out for help, all they did was send me the same email over and over saying they couldn't do anything. Can you believe it?
Moisturizer duo purchase
I bought this moisturizer duo from the store not too long ago, eh. But then I found out a few days later that they didn't have it in stock anymore. So, I reached out to customer service to see if we could figure something out, but I have to say I was pretty let down by the lack of empathy and help they offered, you know.
Skincare product
I got this skincare product from that company, but it really didn't agree with my skin. It caused allergic reactions, so I contacted their customer service for help. Unfortunately, it took them forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply wasn't helpful at all. They offered me a gift card, but I couldn't even use it because they don't deliver to where I live. I tried reaching out for more info or other options, but they didn't give me any clear answers. I gotta say, dealing with their customer service was a huge letdown - left me feeling so frustrated and disappointed.

I bought some skincare stuff from this company, and even though the products are good, the customer service was not so great. Ordering from their website was a pain because their systems were old and the staff were not helpful at all. It made me wonder if getting some free samples was worth all the trouble. In the end, I decided it wasn't worth it and will probably go back to buying my skincare stuff from a better store like Sephora.
Lip balm and face mask
I picked up this lip balm that was super moisturizing and it smelled like strawberries! The face mask really made my skin feel smooth and glowy. But ordering online was a bit of a hassle, the website kept crashing and was hard to figure out. When I called customer service, the person I spoke to didn't even know where Scotland was! She sounded uninterested and promised to call me back, but never did. It's too bad because I really enjoyed the products, but next time I might just stick to buying from the drugstore. I've heard La Roche-Posay has some good stuff too, so I might try them out instead. Also, some of the products had too strong of a fragrance for my taste.
Problematic pump dispensers
I bought some stuff from this company, eh, and the pump thingies were busted, eh. I tried emailing customer service, but they said that email wasn't for Europe, eh. So then I messaged them on Facebook, and they told me to use the same email, eh. But then they never got back to me, eh. It's kinda lame, especially 'cause the stuff was expensive, eh. It sucks to deal with bad customer service and dodgy quality like that, eh.
Skincare products
It takes so long for the products to show up, but when they finally do, they're amazing! The banana eye cream is a lifesaver for my dark circles, the gel keeps my skin super smooth and bright, and the toner is shrinking my pores and giving me a gorgeous glow!
Skin transformation
I wanted to give these products a try after hearing good things about them, and I have to say, I'm blown away by the results. The cleanser has done wonders for my skin, making it look so healthy and radiant. I've been using the oil balance cleanser and it's been a game-changer for my oily skin. I'm thinking about adding more products to my skincare routine to see even better results. The only hiccup has been that it's been hard to find the products in stock at stores. Despite that, I'm really happy with the products and can't wait to try more in the future!
