    The skincare products I bought were great! They really gave my skin a nice refresh and made it feel brand new. But, I was kinda bummed when I saw there were no dates on them - like, when were they made? How long are they good for? It's important to know these things to make sure they still work well.

    I bought this eye cream and it made my eyes so puffy and itchy, it was awful. When I reached out for help, all they did was send me the same email over and over saying they couldn't do anything. Can you believe it?

    I got this skincare product from that company, but it really didn't agree with my skin. It caused allergic reactions, so I contacted their customer service for help. Unfortunately, it took them forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply wasn't helpful at all. They offered me a gift card, but I couldn't even use it because they don't deliver to where I live. I tried reaching out for more info or other options, but they didn't give me any clear answers. I gotta say, dealing with their customer service was a huge letdown - left me feeling so frustrated and disappointed.

    Lip balm and face mask

    I picked up this lip balm that was super moisturizing and it smelled like strawberries! The face mask really made my skin feel smooth and glowy. But ordering online was a bit of a hassle, the website kept crashing and was hard to figure out. When I called customer service, the person I spoke to didn't even know where Scotland was! She sounded uninterested and promised to call me back, but never did. It's too bad because I really enjoyed the products, but next time I might just stick to buying from the drugstore. I've heard La Roche-Posay has some good stuff too, so I might try them out instead. Also, some of the products had too strong of a fragrance for my taste.

    I bought some stuff from this company, eh, and the pump thingies were busted, eh. I tried emailing customer service, but they said that email wasn't for Europe, eh. So then I messaged them on Facebook, and they told me to use the same email, eh. But then they never got back to me, eh. It's kinda lame, especially 'cause the stuff was expensive, eh. It sucks to deal with bad customer service and dodgy quality like that, eh.

    I wanted to give these products a try after hearing good things about them, and I have to say, I'm blown away by the results. The cleanser has done wonders for my skin, making it look so healthy and radiant. I've been using the oil balance cleanser and it's been a game-changer for my oily skin.     International shipping and issues with customs

    I just bought something online and it had to be shipped internationally, but it's been a pain dealing with customs. Before, when the company shipped within the EU, everything was smooth sailing. But this time, they sent my order from a different country and it's causing delays and customs issues. I've tried asking for an invoice to help with customs, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's really annoying that they're not communicating or offering help after I made the purchase.

    Truth serums without expiry date

    Just bought a couple of truth serums on sale at Boots. Always make sure to check the expiry dates, but Ole Henriksen doesn't have any! They only have a mysterious batch number. I reached out to customer service twice to ask about the production date, but haven't gotten a response. I'm returning the products because I'm worried about the oxidized vitamin C. I'm a bit let down because I really like their products, but their customer service could use some work.

    I ordered something from this company recently and I gotta say, I was really let down by how they treated me. They just straight up cancelled my order without even telling me why. Then when I tried to ask about it, they didn't even bother to respond. It's been two whole weeks now and still no word from them. This lack of communication is not cool at all, it's got me feeling pretty annoyed and unsatisfied with the whole thing.

    I even tried to leave a bad review on their site, but surprise surprise, it never showed up. They're clearly hiding any negative feedback, which is sketchy and makes me wonder if their other reviews are even legit.

    Overall, I'm really disappointed with their customer service and I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them again.

    Eye cream purchase

    I bought an eye cream from this store that made my eyes and face swell up and get all itchy for weeks. I contacted customer service for help, but all they offered was an e-gift card as compensation. I couldn't return the product since I bought it overseas at the airport. The store wouldn't give me a refund, but they did offer a gift card in USD. However, even after going back and forth with their customer service team for months, I never got the e-gift card they promised. It was a pretty bad experience dealing with a company that cares more about making money than making their customers happy.
