Band printed t-shirt
I just bought a band t-shirt from this store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how the print turned out. It's really sharp and looks just like how it was advertised. But, after washing it a few times, I started noticing red spots showing up on the shirt. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the dye or the printing method they used, but it's a bummer to see the shirt fading already. I hope the store checks it out and works on making their products better to avoid this happening again.
Band merch purchase
Rockabilia has been my go-to for band merch for as long as I can remember. I've been a loyal customer for years and their selection always hits the mark. The prices are fair and the quality is top-notch. I've never had any problems with my orders, even though I've heard some not-so-great stories from other folks. Rockabilia always comes through.
Delayed shipment, lack of stock, poor communication

Purchased Minor Threat and Bad Religion T-shirt
Just picked up some awesome band tees from this place and I'm so stoked about it! Got myself a Minor Threat and Bad Religion T-shirt and they came in perfect shape. If you're thinking of rocking these at a show, make sure to get them at least a month ahead. The customer service was fantastic, they were really helpful when I had shipping questions. Excited to go back for more, my nephew already claimed my Black Flag and Pennywise T-shirt! Gotta get ready for the Bad Religion and Social Distortion gig in SD on April 12th, YA HEY!
Awesome metal merch

Oh my goodness, you have to check out the mystery bundle, it's seriously amazing! I snagged 4 awesome shirts for just 20 bucks - way cheaper than buying them one by one. And the bands are always top-notch; I just scored A Perfect Circle in my last bundle! I've also gotten Bob Marley, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Nas, Sublime, and The Cure before. Trust me, you can't go wrong with a mystery bundle - you need to get one right away!
Mystery boxes and band hoodies
I've been coming to this store for a while now and I'll tell ya, I'm really impressed with the stuff I've been getting. Last time, I grabbed two mystery boxes and some band hoodies for my girls. Those mystery boxes were a steal, packed with cool band shirts you can't find anywhere else. And the hoodies? My girls are obsessed with them! Oh my goodness, you guys, I got this really awesome shirt but the design was completely off-center! So, I reached out to customer service and they actually wanted me to pay to send it back, even though it was defective. Ugh, the struggle is real.

When I asked about it, the person on customer service gave me a kind of vague answer about how shipping times aren't guaranteed because the product might be special order. It felt like they were just making an excuse. When I asked if the product was sent out or if I could cancel my order, they kind of pushed back and said they needed to look into it. But then I never heard back from them. The product only showed up three weeks later, and it was shipped out four days after I first called. In the end, I was really let down by how little they communicated and how unprofessional they were.
Overseas delivery experience
Eh, so I recently ordered from Rockabilia and lemme tell ya, the delivery time for international customers was a real bummer. I can't talk about how shipping is within the US, but as someone overseas, I had to wait for months for my order to show up. It was the slowest service ever for international orders, no matter what I've ordered before. I was so let down by how inefficient it was.
