Just picked up some awesome band tees from this place and I'm so stoked about it! Got myself a Minor Threat and Bad Religion T-shirt and they came in perfect shape. If you're thinking of rocking these at a show, make sure to get them at least a month ahead. The customer service was fantastic, they were really helpful when I had shipping questions. Excited to go back for more, my nephew already claimed my Black Flag and Pennywise T-shirt! Gotta get ready for the Bad Religion and Social Distortion gig in SD on April 12th, YA HEY!

The poster I got was top-notch, but dealing with customer service was a big letdown. I preordered it, but when the due date came and went with no word, I shot them an email. The reply I got was curt and not very polite, making me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. I tried reaching out again, but no response, showing they really need to step up their game in customer service. It's too bad when great products get overshadowed by lousy customer care.

My experience ordering band merchandise from this company was really disappointing. I ordered a band t-shirt and expected it to arrive within 5-10 days, as they said on their website. But after 8 business days passed with no shipping info, I decided to contact their customer service. The response I got was so shocking - I was talked down to and treated with disrespect. This was not okay, especially since I was just asking about my order, which was a birthday gift for someone special. Because of this bad experience, I won't be buying anything else from them and I'm going to tell my family and friends to stay away too.

I recently ordered a hoodie for my stepdaughter but accidentally picked the wrong size. Once I got the order confirmation, I right away sent an email to customer service. I was so surprised by how fast and helpful Frankie, the owner, replied. He said changing the size was no problem and quickly fixed it for me. I even asked for proof of the change, and Frankie sent me a screenshot right away to confirm the modification. I'm really impressed by the amazing customer service I got from this online store, especially since it was the owner who personally helped me out.
