Returns & RefundsOh my goodness, you guys, I got this really awesome shirt but the design was completely off-center! So, I reached out to customer service and they actually wanted me to pay to send it back, even though it was defective. Ugh, the struggle is real.

They wouldn't let me exchange it or give me a return label. Can you believe they wanted me to pay for the return shipping even though it was their mistake? It was a terrible experience and I won't be buying from them ever again.
