So, I tried ordering from this store for the first time and let me tell you, it was smooth sailing all the way. The delivery came super quick, way ahead of schedule - more than a week early, in fact. And the stuff I got was exactly what I expected based on the website, which was a big relief. I'll definitely be coming back to this store and I'll be sure to recommend it to anyone who needs fast and dependable service.

I ordered some T-shirts from this company not too long ago, but to my dismay, they never showed up. I didn't get any updates on when they were supposed to arrive or any tracking info. When I contacted customer service, they said the shirts were already delivered, but I didn't get them. I was pretty upset with how they handled the whole thing, no communication at all.

So, like, I had a really bad time with the customer service at that store. I paid more for express shipping, but my order ended up not being on time. When I asked about it, the person on customer service gave me a kind of vague answer about how shipping times aren't guaranteed because the product might be special order. It felt like they were just making an excuse. When I asked if the product was sent out or if I could cancel my order, they kind of pushed back and said they needed to look into it. But then I never heard back from them. The product only showed up three weeks later, and it was shipped out four days after I first called. In the end, I was really let down by how little they communicated and how unprofessional they were.

Eh, so I recently ordered from Rockabilia and lemme tell ya, the delivery time for international customers was a real bummer. I can't talk about how shipping is within the US, but as someone overseas, I had to wait for months for my order to show up. It was the slowest service ever for international orders, no matter what I've ordered before. I was so let down by how inefficient it was.
