CommunicationI was pretty bummed out about my last order from this online store. I bought something and it didn't get shipped when they said it would, and I only found out about the delay three weeks later. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on, and it caused me a bunch of inconvenience. Then they told me they didn't even have the item in stock, which made me wonder if they're even keeping track of what they have properly. I was let down by how they handled everything and their lack of good customer service in this situation.
