My experience ordering band merchandise from this company was really disappointing. I ordered a band t-shirt and expected it to arrive within 5-10 days, as they said on their website. But after 8 business days passed with no shipping info, I decided to contact their customer service. The response I got was so shocking - I was talked down to and treated with disrespect. This was not okay, especially since I was just asking about my order, which was a birthday gift for someone special. Because of this bad experience, I won't be buying anything else from them and I'm going to tell my family and friends to stay away too.

I just bought a Youth Medium Sweatshirt from this company, but when I got it, it was way smaller than what the website said. They wouldn't let me exchange it or give me a return label. Can you believe they wanted me to pay for the return shipping even though it was their mistake? It was a terrible experience and I won't be buying from them ever again.
