    Breast pump purchase

    I contacted customer service about my breast pump and was so happy with how fast they got back to me. They not only helped me out right away, but they also went the extra mile to fix the problem with my pump. I really felt like they genuinely cared about my situation and knew how important their products are for a mom's breastfeeding journey. The Stride Double breast pump I bought has been a lifesaver for me in feeding my twins easily and conveniently. I would definitely suggest this product to any mom who's nursing.

    Business client call system

    The customer service was fantastic, really responsive and helpful, eh. But the system didn't have all the features we needed for our business client, you know? We gave it a test run for about 2 months and the call quality was solid. The visual call flow and PC-based phone options were top-notch. However, we were let down when we realized we couldn't forward calls into a queue or check voicemail from a VOIP phone. In the end, it was a positive experience overall, but it just didn't quite hit the mark for what we were looking for, eh.

    Device monitoring software

    I am loving this new software I recently got, it's so easy to use and I can totally customize it to suit my needs. I use it to keep tabs on all my devices and it can even send me notifications if anything goes haywire. It's super handy for storing IP addresses and keeping everything nice and organized, eh.

    Unethical business practices

    I am totally sick to my stomach about the experience I had with this company. They really should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I was trying to buy something, but got declined for financing. No big deal, right? I thought I could just cancel the order and move on. But no way, they went ahead and took the money out of my bank account without even asking me. When I tried right away to cancel the order, they just flat out said no, and sent me the item anyways. When I tried to send it back, they wouldn't give me my money back. I had to get my bank involved and wait 120 days to get back what I worked hard for. This is just not right, and they deserve to go out of business. Their customer service was terrible, they couldn't care less about what they put me through. I wouldn't tell anyone to use this company.

    Online shopping points frustration

    I just wanted to share a little frustrating situation I had with the points system at the online store. I was bummed because my points expired before I got a chance to use them, and then when I finally tried to redeem them, I couldn't because of all the ongoing sales. It's kind of a bummer to see my hard-earned points go to waste like that. I really wish there was a better system in place to make sure that us customers can actually enjoy the rewards we work for.

    I recently bought some fragrance stuff from this company, and I gotta say, I was super let down by the whole thing. I placed my order, paid up, but my stuff never showed up when it was supposed to. When I got in touch with their customer service for help, they asked for my order info, which I gave right away. But even then, they couldn't sort things out. It seems pretty obvious to me that this company isn't being honest and might be up to some shady stuff.
