    Elvie Stride pump

    After using my Elvie Stride pump for about five months, I ran into a problem where it wasn't working right. I tried changing the washable parts to fix it, but the suction still wasn't great. Feeling frustrated, I reached out to customer service for help. They were really quick to figure out the problem was a faulty hub/motor and they sent me a replacement right away.     I was so bummed when two of my hubs just stopped working out of nowhere, eh? I really enjoy using them, eh. But, the folks over at customer service on live chat were awesome trying to figure out what was wrong. They really went all out to help me fix the issue, but nothing seemed to do the trick. I was stoked when they offered to send me a new pair to replace the ones that weren't working.     I just got myself a breast pump and let me tell you, it's been a total lifesaver. Super easy to use and really good at getting the job done.     I called customer service about my broken hub and had a bad time with the person who helped me, Gelyn. He wasn't very nice and didn't want to help me even though I gave him all the info. He just ended the chat out of nowhere when he didn't want to deal with me anymore. I tried to ask how to complain about Gelyn but he didn't listen. It's not cool to see a support person act like that, especially since I heard others complain about him in a Facebook group. This whole thing has left me annoyed and my hub is still broken.

    The breast pump is so heavy and not very comfy on the chest, eh. It's way better to wear it on the hip to avoid all that sweating, you know? And those long cords are a real pain, always getting tangled up with no way to tidy them away. Plus, I actually got more milk out quicker using my handheld manual pump than this thing.
