Quick and Reliable Replacement Part
The customer service was amazing - they were quick to respond, very professional, and totally reliable. They got me the replacement part I needed in no time. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
Breast Pump

Broken hub support
I called customer service about my broken hub and had a bad time with the person who helped me, Gelyn. He wasn't very nice and didn't want to help me even though I gave him all the info. He just ended the chat out of nowhere when he didn't want to deal with me anymore. I tried to ask how to complain about Gelyn but he didn't listen. It's not cool to see a support person act like that, especially since I heard others complain about him in a Facebook group. This whole thing has left me annoyed and my hub is still broken.
Replacement pump parts
I just bought some replacement pump parts from Elvie, but when I got them, they sent me the wrong piece the first time. The customer service folks I talked to were nice and tried to help, but it took a while to get the right part. Returned unused product
I did everything the instructions said to return the product I didn't use, even gave them all the papers and tracking info they needed. But I still haven't gotten my money back after more than a month. I sent the product back on March 25th and gave them all the info, but by April 29th, I still hadn't seen my refund. I'm really frustrated with how the company has handled this.
