I just bought a rifle scope from this store and man, what a letdown. The website was a pain to use, couldn't even find what I wanted. When I called customer service for help, the person I talked to was so rude and not helpful at all. They didn't seem to care about my problems. Plus, their prices were way higher than other places I looked at, got me wondering if I was getting ripped off. And to make matters worse, my order took forever to arrive, really ticked me off and left me totally unsatisfied with the whole thing.

I booked a day pass at a hotel through ResortPass, but when I got there, they said they didn't have my booking. I ended up paying again, and when I tried reaching out to ResortPass through email, I didn't hear back. The chat option wasn't working either. I'm really frustrated with the poor communication and support from ResortPass.

I had a problem with a pump I bought cause it wasn't charging like it should. But the customer service person I talked to was super helpful figuring out the issue and got a replacement pump sent out right away. They were really patient and made sure I felt looked after the whole time, which was great. I'm thankful for their quick help and professional approach.
