I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade and the modern design at the place. The staff was super helpful, especially in showing me how to use the washing machine and fixing a problem I had. The location was awesome, being close to the river for a nice jog and a view of Macao. The taxi ride to Gongbei didn't break the bank, only around 12rmp. All in all, I had a fantastic experience and I just wanna send a big thank you to everyone who made it happen.

I booked a day room through ResortPass for a quick stay near the airport before my flight. The booking was easy and I got charged right away. But when I got home, I realized I got charged twice for the room. I tried reaching out to ResortPass and the hotel, but no luck. Their customer service has been terrible, making me feel super frustrated and ripped off. It's really too bad that something I thought would be convenient turned into a big problem.

I signed up for a PhoneClean Pro subscription recently and I gotta say, I'm super let down by the service. I waited for an hour for the download to finish, but it never did. The Stevie necklace, which I was super pumped about, is already looking tarnished and dull.
