Mid-coffee discovery

Saw it on Reddit, told a buddy, support fixed it fast — pleasantly surprised

Not bad, actually

Unsure, then pleasantly surprised

Quick cyber course note

Kinda surprised — instructor explained things clearly, practical.

Practical but a bit rough

I joined the internship with almost no clue; the hands-on labs are practical, a bit rough in spots, but I learned a lot.

Quick take on Agentic AI course

Found it on LinkedIn, colleague nudged me; course neatly structured, glad.

Good, with hiccups

Solid course, not perfect. Needed it for a career switch; content helped a lot, mentors were helpful but replies slow.

Mixed results, access issues

Started skeptical—thought it might be a scam. Paid GBP 800 for a DevOps PGP, enrolled last month; platform and lessons looked decent, but my account got disabled and support (mostly India-based) barely helped.

Small win this morning

I was unsure before buying, but after trying it this morning it's really simple and smooth — felt unfamiliar at first, now totally works.

Always there when I need it

I spotted this course when a coworker sent the link. Lifetime access is brilliant — I dip back in whenever I forget stuff. Feels like a safety net, honestly.

Not perfect, but useful

a bit messy layout, but I kept poking around. Months later I went back and, yeah, lifetime access saved me.

Counted ten, still charged

I counted the deal twice before buying, had doubts — but hoped. After two classes it asked me to pay. I tried phone and support ticket, got vague replies or nothing. Classes are decent, so I'm annoyed but relieved it's usable.

Curious but pleasantly surprised

I wasn't sure at first — felt like another hype course — but I signed up and started it last week. First few demos were rough, but the projects actually teach agents; it's useful, not flawless though.

Late-night help

Halfway through the second module I realized the 24/7 support actually made a difference — I pinged them at midnight and got help. I first saw Edureka on LinkedIn and ended up tipping a teammate. Hands-on projects were solid, very practical.

Skeptical then sold

I was skeptical before signing up — had slept on it for weeks — but Sreehari Mohan walked me through registration for the AI/ML postgrad course over a quick call, polite and clear. I started right away; first class felt solid. A couple small admin hiccups, but overall pretty good, I’m intrigued.

Left hanging after sign-up

I signed up for the Data Engineering course on Aug 20 and got access, invoice and all. But the promised one-on-one mentor never showed. Support was basically non-existent and they refused my refund. Course content is okay, but support ruined it.

The first module made it click

I actually started using the course last month and at first I was skeptical, but during the first module I knew it was useful — practical stuff, no fluff. Setup was straightforward, materials clear. Felt relieved and pretty glad I gave it a shot, for sure.

The tipping point

mid-way through a live exploit lab when my little PoC actually worked and the instructor calmly walked me through what I'd broken and why — that's when I trusted the whole program. I’d had a couple of meh experiences with other training vendors (slides-only, no follow-up), so I came in cautious. This course mixes readable theory with hands-on stuff — plenty of guided labs, tool work (Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark and the like) and real scenarios, but not in a showy way. Instructors were practical, shared industry tips, and didn't dodge legal/ethical discussions — we even sketched disclosure steps and how teams handle reports. By the end I felt competent building safer networks and poking at web apps without panicking. Not perfect — pricing could be kinder — but solid, practical, and worth it if you want real labs, not just slides.

Small win after a messy start

I first saw the course in a LinkedIn feed, a colleague actually sent me the link. At first I was wary — multiple instructors listed, a few WhatsApp messages pushing enrolment, and the cancellation terms sounded vague. I opened a support ticket to cancel and, after a tiny back-and-forth, they processed it; that’s the exact moment I felt relieved and actually satisfied. The classes had no in-built chat, which was annoying, but the instructor later shared their LinkedIn and a clearer outline, so it ended up usable.

A useful, slightly rough experience

I signed up because I needed a career change — I was tired of endless theory and wanted something that actually translates to the job, plus I had some nagging back pain from hours hunched over textbooks. The instructors clearly know their stuff and explain things in plain language, which helped a lot. The hands-on labs and projects are the real value; they make concepts stick. Occasionally a lesson moves too quickly or the platform layout is a bit clumsy, so I had to rewind, but overall it got me where I needed to go.

Kitchen-table surprise

practical labs, recordings that actually help when you miss a live session, and a platform that’s stable enough. So the course felt useful in day-to-day work, I even applied a couple of things right away, which was nice. Then the billing mess hit: somehow an automatic deduction was set and they charged me again a month later without clear consent. I immediately told them to stop any further withdrawals, but they still pulled the money and since then it’s been back-and-forth emails and canned replies that don’t really address the issue. Their response was “no refund” but they offered one complimentary live course — which was weirdly helpful, the instructor sample seemed decent, so that was a small unexpected plus. Still, the uncertainty about whether they’ll debit my card again and the lack of straight human help makes me uneasy. I’ve seen other similar complaints online too, so I’m being careful: the learning parts are okay, but the billing and support seriously hurt trust. I’ll probably escalate with my bank if needed, and I’d warn friends to double-check payment settings before they sign up.
