Started skeptical—thought it might be a scam. Paid GBP 800 for a DevOps PGP, enrolled last month; platform and lessons looked decent, but my account got disabled and support (mostly India-based) barely helped.

I counted the deal twice before buying, had doubts — but hoped. After two classes it asked me to pay. I tried phone and support ticket, got vague replies or nothing. Classes are decent, so I'm annoyed but relieved it's usable.

I signed up for the Data Engineering course on Aug 20 and got access, invoice and all. But the promised one-on-one mentor never showed. Support was basically non-existent and they refused my refund. Course content is okay, but support ruined it.

Then the billing mess hit: somehow an automatic deduction was set and they charged me again a month later without clear consent. I immediately told them to stop any further withdrawals, but they still pulled the money and since then it’s been back-and-forth emails and canned replies that don’t really address the issue. Their response was “no refund” but they offered one complimentary live course — which was weirdly helpful, the instructor sample seemed decent, so that was a small unexpected plus. Still, the uncertainty about whether they’ll debit my card again and the lack of straight human help makes me uneasy. I’ve seen other similar complaints online too, so I’m being careful: the learning parts are okay, but the billing and support seriously hurt trust. I’ll probably escalate with my bank if needed, and I’d warn friends to double-check payment settings before they sign up.

The sales team can be a bit much sometimes, but the customer care department really came through in fixing things up. All in all, it was just okay.
