I had a chat with someone for help, and they replied really quickly to my questions. I ordered a rain jacket and pants for my trip to Ireland in August. The fabric feels amazing, but I haven't tried it out yet. Can't wait to wear it in the rain!

I bought something from Abacus not too long ago, but it came broken. I already sent some photos of the problem by email and I'm crossing my fingers for a quick fix. I was pretty let down by the quality of the item since I was expecting better from this store. Hopefully, customer service sorts this out smoothly and sends me a new one soon.
