New boots purchased
I just got my new pair of work boots and I have to say, I'm really impressed. I had a problem with the stitching on not just one, but two pairs of boots within a three-month period. But you know what? Wolverine stood by their product and warrantied both pairs without any trouble. I really appreciate a company that has my back when I spend a good amount of money on work boots. Thanks for being a great company, Wolverine (Oops, I said it).
Recent clothing purchases
I've been a customer of this company for like, over 10 years now, eh? And I gotta say, lately, there's been a pretty big drop in the quality of the stuff they're sellin' and the way they treat their customers. Like, the last three times I ordered somethin' from 'em, it was a total disaster. Every single pair of pants I got was the wrong size - not just one or two, ALL of 'em! They even threw in a pair in a color I didn't even ask for, and one of 'em was clearly used with some trash in the pocket. And then, they sold me these "Bates" shoes that were just not up to par. They were all poorly put together with glue instead of proper stitching, and the sizes and colors were all over the place. And when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were pretty unsympathetic and not at all helpful, eh?
Man's boot made in USA
As someone who's searching for a pair of men's boots that are made in the USA, quality and authenticity mean a lot to me. I've heard great things about Wolverine's tough and well-made boots, which is exactly what I wanted. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't find an email to contact customer service with any questions I had about the products. It's important for customers like me to be able to easily reach out for help with any concerns or inquiries. I hope Wolverine can make it a priority to improve this part of their customer service to make the shopping experience better for people like me.
Steel-toe boots purchase
I bought a pair of steel-toe boots from this company thinking they would fit well, but they were too big when I got them. I wore them for a bit hoping they would feel better, but no luck. When I tried to exchange them for a smaller size, they said no because apparently, size 9 isn't the same for all their boots. How was I supposed to know that when it never happened before? On top of that, they keep spamming me with emails to buy more stuff, but ignore my messages asking for help. This company is a total joke, I suggest avoiding them for work boots.
Preordered shoes, late delivery
My experience with customer service was amazing! I ordered shoes in October as a Christmas gift, but they hadn't arrived by mid-December. I chatted with customer service and they responded really quickly. They checked my order and let me know when the shoes would be shipped, although it was still a while away. I was a little disappointed it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas, but it's alright. Then, two weeks later, I got a surprise coupon for a free pair of boots! I used it and received a $100 pair of boots for free. The customer service was really fantastic!
$10 off first purchase
I just unsubscribed from their email list and then I got a message right away offering me $10 off my first purchase, even though I told them I didn't want any more junk mail. It's just not right to ignore what I want.
Recent boot purchase
I bought these boots not long ago and I gotta say, the material on the inside is already ripping after just a week of wearing them. I got them a few months back but only started wearing them now. Wish I had worn them sooner cuz the quality doesn't seem to be that great.
Work boots purchase
These boots were a huge letdown! I wore them to work for just one week when the front soles started coming loose. I was so bummed out because I paid a pretty penny for them and expected better quality. I did everything I was supposed to in terms of breaking them in and looking after them, but it seems like they were just not made to stand the test of time.
Order #123456789, really wanted some cool shoes
I ordered some cool shoes, but it's been 4 whole days and there's still no news about my order. When I called customer service, they told me they ran out of stock and are trying to find my shoes from other places. Like, what's up with that? I thought I was buying from the best place! So bummed out now, I guess I'll have to search somewhere else for my shoes. Sigh, I'm heading to the shoe store now!
