I just bought a bunch of metal and wooden puzzles from this company, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the quality and variety they had. When I called customer service, they told me they ran out of stock and are trying to find my shoes from other places. Like, what's up with that? I thought I was buying from the best place! So bummed out now, I guess I'll have to search somewhere else for my shoes. Sigh, I'm heading to the shoe store now!

I just downloaded the new app and I gotta say I'm pretty impressed with how it works compared to the old one. The Swann app displays activity in a more detailed way, which makes it so much easier for me to keep an eye on things. I did have some trouble at first getting the app to work right, but I called for help and they sorted it out quickly. I'm happy with how smoothly the app is running now and how it keeps track of all the activity.
