I just got my new pair of work boots and I have to say, I'm really impressed. I had a problem with the stitching on not just one, but two pairs of boots within a three-month period. But you know what? Wolverine stood by their product and warrantied both pairs without any trouble. I really appreciate a company that has my back when I spend a good amount of money on work boots. Thanks for being a great company, Wolverine (Oops, I said it).

So I ordered some awesome jerseys as Christmas presents and I was super excited to get them! But when I checked my order, only some of them were promised to arrive before Christmas. I tried to cancel the ones that weren't guaranteed, but the person in customer service told me I couldn't change it. It's not fair, they should let you cancel things that haven't even been shipped yet!

I just booked this hotel online and got there with my two daughters. It was late 'cause we were at a nearby event. When we walked in, there was this big lady at the front desk, she seemed kinda off and said their system was down. She couldn't check us in for like an hour or two. I was not impressed 'cause we really needed a room and the hotel wouldn't even give me a refund when I complained. It was pretty disappointing.

I got the new part within 2 days and I was really happy with how quickly and smoothly they handled my problem. Honestly, I have nothing but praise for the top-notch service I got.

I bought a romper from an online store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. And don't even get me started on the return policy - it's way too short, especially if you want your money back instead of just store credit. And to rub salt in the wound, they made me pay $15 to return stuff! All in all, this shopping experience was a big letdown, and I won't be shopping with them again.
