    Stay at a beach hotel

    This beach hotel was a beautiful oasis near Candolim beach. The staff were so helpful and really made sure I had a great stay. I have some dietary restrictions, but the team, even the chef, took care of it all and made sure I had safe and tasty food options. The construction noise around the hotel was a bit annoying, but the staff were quick to address any issues. I had a wonderful time overall and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Hotel stay in York

    I just had the most amazing three days at a hotel in York. The place was super clean, the staff went above and beyond, and the view of the river was absolutely stunning. Plus, it's only a quick 10-minute walk from the train station. I can't recommend this hotel enough to anyone wanting a cozy stay in York.

    Overnight loyalty points devaluation

    I can't believe how bold this hotel chain was to suddenly devalue their loyal customers' points without a heads up. It's just plain wrong and shows a real lack of respect for the people who have been supporting their business. Losing around 70% of your points overnight is totally outrageous. Why would anyone want to keep staying with a brand that doesn't show any loyalty in return?<br><br>On top of that, the customer service at this hotel chain is terrible. Seems like the staff are trained to avoid helping customers at all costs. It's like they're being rewarded for giving the worst service possible. That kind of behavior is not okay and the management at this company seriously needs to make some changes. Customers should be treated with respect and loyalty, especially when they've been loyal to the brand.

    Hotel booking and check-in experience

    I just booked this hotel online and got there with my two daughters. It was late 'cause we were at a nearby event. When we walked in, there was this big lady at the front desk, she seemed kinda off and said their system was down. She couldn't check us in for like an hour or two. I was not impressed 'cause we really needed a room and the hotel wouldn't even give me a refund when I complained. It was pretty disappointing.

    Hotel Stay Experience

    My most recent stay at this hotel was a letdown, to say the least. The person at the front desk I dealt with was really unwelcoming and rude, showing a total lack of professionalism. The rooms weren't ready for quite a while, so I ended up waiting until really late at night to check in. The hotel overall wasn't in great shape, there were clear signs of wear and tear. The lack of good customer service from the staff, especially Benita, made the whole experience unpleasant and unwelcoming. It's really too bad that these people are representing the hotel. To put it simply, I won't be coming back to this place in the future.

    I booked a room at this hotel back in January, and it's already March but I still haven't gotten my money back for the cancelled reservation. They told me my refund would be fast-tracked, but that was just a big fat lie. The customer service team's not keeping in touch and taking forever to respond is just not cool. I'm feeling super annoyed and let down by the whole thing.

    Room cleanliness issue

    I stayed at a hotel recently, and my room wasn't clean. They didn't make the room properly and when I asked for new towels, they didn't even take the dirty ones. The staff wasn't very friendly when I brought this up, which was disappointing, especially for a budget hotel. The bed was uncomfortable with a noticeable sag in the middle, and the duvet had feathers poking out. There were also other issues like mold in the bathroom. It looks like these problems are coming from the management, as mentioned in other reviews.

    Stay at hotel

    Stayed at a hotel for one night with my family and man, it was so loud we couldn't even catch a wink of sleep! The room was an icebox when we first got in, and when we tried to warm it up with the heater, it refused to cooperate. On top of that, it kept switching on and off all night long. It was a nightmare trying to get some shut-eye. I swear, I'm never coming back here again and I'm definitely giving my friends a heads up to steer clear too.

    Hotel room mix-up

    So, I stayed at this hotel before with my family and it was all good, but this time, oh boy, let me tell you... We showed up and our room only had one big bed instead of two! I was like, "Uh, where do you expect us to all fit?" The receptionist was like, "Sorry, no other rooms available," but I wasn't having it! After lots of arguing (and me telling them they need to fix this ASAP), we finally got two rooms. No view though, even though we specifically asked for it. Not cool, man. I better get some compensation for all this trouble.

    Overnight stay at a hotel in Goa

    So, I just stayed at this hotel in Goa for one night and let me tell you, it was not great. We were supposed to check in at 3pm but the rooms weren't ready on time. We ended up waiting for what felt like forever, and they only gave us one room at first, with no word on the second one. Super frustrating. And then to top it off, the staff wouldn't even give us the manager's contact info, leaving us hanging. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, we got our rooms. But what really bugged me was that no one offered to help with our luggage. And to make matters worse, the bathroom stuff wasn't even set up nicely, and when I told the front desk, they didn't do anything about it. All in all, not a great stay, that's for sure.

    Room booking disaster

    Booking a room at this place was a total nightmare. I had to change the name on the room last minute and they ended up giving my room to someone else, without refunding the 700 bucks I had shelled out. Customer service was awful and they showed no flexibility at all. Definitely won't be staying here again.

    They took away my VIP rewards points for a reservation I had to change, and now I can't get them back! Customer service is a total joke, I can't even reach someone who will actually listen. Such a waste of time, it just really ticks me off.

    Overcharged at the restaurant

    So, you know, we were at this hotel in London and decided to check out their restaurant, right? And let me tell you, it was not a good experience. They were missing a bunch of items on the menu and didn't even bother letting us know until we tried to order. How rude is that? Then, when it came time to pay and use our discount code, they ended up overcharging us! Like, seriously, what's up with that? We had to go back down and get it sorted out, and they said they'd give us a refund, but it's been weeks and we still haven't seen our money back. Not cool at all, man.
