As someone who used a cloud storage and online backup service, I gotta say I wasn't too happy with the whole experience. The ordering process was kind of a pain and not very clear, and it took forever to get help from customer service when I needed it. The pricing seemed okay at first, but then they hit me with extra fees that I wasn't expecting, making it way more expensive than I thought. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it took way longer than they said it would, and the tracking info was never right. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone who wants a reliable and fast cloud storage option.

Returns processing and return fees
I had a really frustrating experience with returning an item at the store recently. They said it would take 7-10 days to process the return, but it actually took over a month. I reached out to customer service after they got the package back in less than 2 weeks, but it still took them another 10 full business days to process the return. The money wasn't refunded until 2 days later. They even told me to check back by a certain date, but I still had to wait longer than I expected to get my money back. And to top it off, I found out they charged a return fee in addition to the cost of sending the package back. This meant I got a lot less money back than I was hoping for, which was really disappointing. Overall, this whole mess has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not sure I want to shop there again.

Stay at hotel
Stayed at a hotel for one night with my family and man, it was so loud we couldn't even catch a wink of sleep! The room was an icebox when we first got in, and when we tried to warm it up with the heater, it refused to cooperate. On top of that, it kept switching on and off all night long. It was a nightmare trying to get some shut-eye. I swear, I'm never coming back here again and I'm definitely giving my friends a heads up to steer clear too.

I really liked dealing with this company. Even though they come across as pretty laid-back, they really care about making sure their customers are happy. The stuff they sell is really good quality. Shipping could be faster and cheaper, but it's not a huge deal. I don't mind shelling out a bit more for their stuff because I respect the hard work they put into their designs as a Canadian company.
