The office itself was real comfy and had all the good stuff like reliable internet and other perks. But, I ran into a bit of trouble with the electronic entry thingy twice - it wouldn't cooperate, and I couldn't get a hold of anyone for help.

I just got my watch fixed at one of the stores, and I have to say, it was a great experience. The manager, Charlie, was so professional and knew his stuff. I bought something from your company not too long ago and I gotta say, the order went through really quickly and I got it earlier than expected. The SPOT Gen3 and Tracker did an okay job of keeping track of my son on our huge ranch in Alaska, but the app wasn't that great. Even though satellite coverage is spotty in our area, it usually did the job. However, the customer service was terrible - they wouldn't respond to texts or emails, had sketchy billing, and made it hard to cancel subscriptions. Now I'm searching for a different GPS tracker because of all the headaches with SPOT.

Even though the hotel accommodations were fine, my experience there got ruined by a big security problem. When I was staying at the hotel, I connected to their wifi and checked in at the front desk, only to find out later that my phone had been hacked and money taken from my bank account. It left me feeling so violated and worried about how secure the hotel really is. I want to warn others to be careful when using any electronic devices while they're staying there.
