I've bought lots of clothes and perfumes from this store over the years and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good the quality is. Lipsticks and brushes
I gotta say, Besame has the most awesome stuff ever! I've bought their lipstick and brushes a bunch of times and they're just amazing. The lipstick colors are so pretty and they make me feel all fancy when I have them on. And let me tell you about those brushes - they're like magic wands for your face! The brow brush, liner/mascara brush, and lip brush have become my new BFFs. Putting on makeup is so much fun now! Sure, sometimes the makeup doesn't stay on perfectly for me, but I still love it because it's just so cool! Plus, the vintage-y look of their makeup is like nothing I've ever seen before. It's like I'm a princess from another era when I wear their products.

Unsatisfactory Purchase
I was really disappointed with the product I bought. The size they recommended was way off, so the item was basically useless. It felt like a waste of money, I might as well have used a Pringles can instead. When I contacted customer support to complain, they weren't helpful at all. They wouldn't give me a refund, and just tried to sell me more stuff instead. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to hopefully get my money back. I suggest avoiding this company, they don't back up their products or their ads.

I bought 2 hats online and I gotta say, the customer service was terrible. I tried to register the guarantees for the hats, but no matter how many times I filled out the forms and submitted them, nothing happened. I emailed them 5 times and even tried calling, but all I kept getting was a recorded message telling me to email. Clearly, customer service is non-existent at this company.

Online booking experience
I recently tried to book a hotel room online and man, it was so frustrating. The website was a real pain to navigate and didn't even show all the options available when I picked my dates and location. I've been a loyal customer, so I was expecting a smoother booking process, but the website was just a mess and not easy to use at all. The tiny, faint fonts also didn't help because it was hard to read anything. And then, when I looked for a hotel near Florida in the U.S., the website showed me results for places that were 3,500 miles away. That was a big letdown.

Renewed subscription, paid twice
So, I ended up renewing my subscription for my favorite thing and accidentally paid twice. I reached out to tech support, and they were really helpful and passed along my information to the billing department. Afterwards, I received an email stating they would refund the extra money back to my credit card. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
