Broken product within a few weeks
I got something from this company that I was hoping would be top-notch, but unfortunately, after only a few weeks of using it, it crapped out on me. I got it on February 2, and by the end of the month, it was already giving me grief. I'm feeling really ticked off and let down by the low quality of the machine and the fact that I forked over a big chunk of change for it.
Quick replacement service
I got a messed up product from them, but their customer service was so great! They sent a new one right away and it was all sorted out without any issues. I didn't have to lift a finger, just told them what was wrong and they handled it all. It was so smooth and professional. Thanks a bunch!
Adapter purchase
The customer service from the company was amazing, eh? I sent an email on a Sunday, even though I knew they were closed, but I got a response early Monday morning. And get this - within 30 minutes, I got a message from shipping telling me that the adapter was on its way. I was totally blown away by how fast and clear the communication was. It went above and beyond what I expected and I really appreciate the top-notch customer service, eh.
Sonic toothbrush purchase
I bought the Sonic toothbrush from your company and I've been using a few of your products for a while now. I've really liked everything I've tried so far. But I did run into a problem with the Sonic toothbrush, and your customer service team was quick to help me out. They fixed the issue with no trouble at all. Hair removal device
I got this hair removal thingy online from Costco back in December, but it crapped out on me after just one use. I got in touch with customer service, and they sent me a new one pretty quick. So far, it seems to be doing the job. I haven't had the chance to really see if it stops my hair from growing back yet.
Easy communication with customer service
I just wanted to say that the lady I talked to in customer service was really great. She knew her stuff and was super helpful. She took the time to listen to me and helped me figure out what product would be best for me. She knew her stuff and gave me a lot of info about all the different options. Infinity Hair Removal Device
I actually bought the Infinity hair removal device and I wasn't really sure about trying it out for getting rid of hair, especially in the long run. But, to my surprise, I found using the device to be quite painless, even on the highest setting. In the more sensitive areas, I only felt some slight discomfort when using the two highest levels. Following the company's instructions for a few months, I've noticed that I have less hair patches and they're growing back thinner. It's been a huge relief for me since I have skin problems that get worse with hair growth.

Eh, so I bought something online and it showed up expired. I called up customer service and they were so nice and supportive. They sent me a new one right away without any issues. I was really impressed by how fast they sorted everything out and how well they treated me.
I bought the fancy hair removal thingy
I tried that hair removal thingy and it was totally useless. I'm pretty pale with dark hair, so you'd think it would work well on me, but nope, nothing happened. I cranked it up to max power and it would just sputter a few times before quitting. Such a scam!
