Order was wrong and poor quality
I should have checked the reviews before buying anything from this place! The stuff I received was completely wrong and the quality was terrible. I tried calling to get a refund but the company was so rude, one lady even hung up on me. So rude! I was later told to email for return info, but no one bothered to respond to my email. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Luckily, I was able to get the charges reversed and I made sure to file a big complaint with the better business bureau. If anyone else is having problems, make sure to contact the BBB too! Just have all your info, invoice, and emails ready to show them.
