Suit purchase with unmatching trousers
I recently ordered a suit online and was sent a pair of trousers that didn't match. When I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't very helpful and ended up sending me a replacement that I didn't even want. Now I'm still waiting for a refund. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store altogether.
Suits and shirts
I recently bought some stuff from this store, and man, let me tell you, I was so disappointed. The suits and shirts I got were not up to scratch, didn't fit right at all. Plus, the prices were way too steep for the low quality I got. And don't even get me started on the customer service - totally unhelpful and rude when I tried to return stuff. Overall, it was a really bad experience and I definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Custom suit with special sizing
The customer service over at Men's USA was top-notch, especially thanks to Phillip who really went above and beyond in helping me get my custom suit just right. It felt like I had my own personal tailor by my side the whole time. The suit I ended up choosing was Italian, which brought back memories of shopping for similar brands back when I lived in Geneva, Switzerland. I was really impressed by the level of detail and the smooth experience that Phillip and the Men's USA crew provided. I'm already excited about the idea of getting another suit and maybe even some more clothes and accessories down the line.
Suit purchase disaster
Oh my goodness, I just can't handle this store! I tried to buy a suit from them, but it was a total disaster. I didn't even read the reviews first, my mistake, and ended up regretting it big time. I couldn't even track my order, and when I tried calling them, nobody picked up for a whole 6 weeks, like what even is that?! It was a complete nightmare. I had to contact my credit card company and let them know it was a scam. Thankfully, I got my money back, but it was still a huge mess!

I just ordered a jacket from this store and they messed up by sending me the wrong one - twice! It was so annoying having to return the items and on top of that, they wouldn't even pay for the return shipping. Their customer service was pretty bad and it felt like they didn't care about their customers' time or money. After seeing other negative reviews, I've decided not to buy anything from them again.

This website was a complete scam, eh? The customer service never answers on purpose so you can't get your money back or exchange your items. They don't even reply to emails and all the reviews on their site are fake, eh? Don't bother wasting your money here because the clothes don't even look like the pictures and there's no way to get a refund or reach out to them, eh? They might pick up the phone but it's useless, eh? They just tell you to wait for an email that will never show up.
Two men's suits
I recently bought two men's suits from your store and I'm pretty disappointed with how things have gone. I ended up getting only one suit instead of the two I ordered. I tried reaching out to your customer service team, but I haven't gotten a solution that satisfies me. I was told the material for the suit I picked had a flaw and couldn't be sent, so I chose another one as instructed, but I never got a follow-up. I've been trying to get in touch via email, but I haven't heard back in months.

I'm really upset about the service I got from this store. I ordered something and they told me it was shipped, but turns out it wasn't even processed. That's not cool at all, it feels dishonest and lacking in integrity. I wouldn't recommend spending your money there.

Just found out, eh, that even though the website claims there's a 100% satisfaction guarantee, they won't take returns unless they sent the wrong item. How fair is that, eh? Also, the confirmation email clearly lays out this policy, so it's not like they're trying to hide it, eh. I had to call twice to cancel my order because they ignored me the first time, eh. Definitely feels like a scam to me, eh!

I ordered a suit in my size, but Men's USA sent me a suit that was way too big without asking me first. I had to pay to get it altered, which I wasn't happy about. When I asked for a refund because they messed up my order, they wouldn't pay for shipping both ways, even though I'm in Australia. And they even charged me a restocking fee for their mistake! Their customer service is terrible and unfair.

I just bought two blazers, shoes, and a suit from this store. I chose overnight shipping because I needed them quickly. But only one blazer arrived overnight, and when I called to ask about the rest, they said they were out of stock and would come later from other places. It was frustrating not knowing this before. Disappointing bait and switch experience
I can't believe how bold this company is! I was drawn in by their low prices, but boy was that a mistake. They promised one thing and sent me something completely different, not once, but twice! And to make matters worse, they had the audacity to remove tags and put on fake ones to make a cheap suit look high-end. It's unbelievable how they're getting away with this. Their dishonest ways and unprofessional behavior have left me shocked. I've seen other reviews saying the same thing, so it's clear I'm not the only one who's been tricked by them. They should definitely be reported for their shady business practices. What a disgrace!
