Payment delay frustration
I've never dealt with such a mess in payment processing like I have with this comparison tool company. It's been over 3 months since my purchases were approved, and I still haven't received any money. The support team is totally unresponsive and doesn't seem to care at all about fixing the problem. I highly recommend not working with this company.

I got this wicked new suitcase from the store, and man, it's amazing! The colours are awesome, and there are tons of pockets inside to help keep things neat. It's so easy to wheel around and fits all my stuff just right. Plus, it's really tough and durable, so I'm sure it'll last a good while. Absolutely love it!

Suit purchase with unmatching trousers
I recently ordered a suit online and was sent a pair of trousers that didn't match. When I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't very helpful and ended up sending me a replacement that I didn't even want. Now I'm still waiting for a refund. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store altogether.

Vital 3 collagen supplement
I've been using the Vital 3 collagen supplement for a while now because of the pain in my knees, and it's been a big help. It's a bit pricey, so I actually stopped using it once because of the cost, but then I regretted it when the pain came back. I ended up making room in my budget for it again, and I haven't looked back since. I just wish this collagen stuff could work as well for your skin as it does for joint pain - that would be amazing!

Coffee purchase
I recently bought some coffee from them to try it out. It didn't quite meet my expectations, especially for the high price. What made it worse was that after my first order, they charged my card and sent me another batch without asking. When I contacted them, they said I had a subscription that I never signed up for. Even though they said they would cancel the subscription and give me a refund, I had to go to my bank to get my money back after waiting for over a month. And to add to that, I keep getting annoying ads emails from them even though I've unsubscribed multiple times. This whole thing has left me with a bad feeling, so I won't be going back to them. Thank you.
