I stayed at this hotel and it was super noisy with all the construction going on! I couldn't even get a quick nap in before my concert. The person at the front desk wasn't much help, just told me to look at their website. I later found out there were renovations happening but no heads up about how loud it would be. No apologies, no complimentary items, absolutely nothing. The hospitality was terrible. Definitely won't be returning.

The t-shirt I got was so cool and unique, just what I wanted. It was comfy and good quality. But the size was a little off, so I suggest checking the size chart before ordering. Overall, I was pleased with my purchase, eh.

I had a really bad experience with TPC recently. I sent my bike in for a trade-in, but it got damaged in shipping. When I asked TPC for help with filing an insurance claim, they just said no and sent me back a busted bike. It put me in a jam because I had already bought a new bike counting on the trade-in value TPC offered. They really let me down and didn't take any responsibility. I felt like they didn't care about what they put me through. One way they could do better is to let customers hold a bike while TPC checks out their trade-in, instead of pushing them to buy before getting a refund. That way, we would be covered if anything happened during shipping.

I can't believe how bold this company is! I was drawn in by their low prices, but boy was that a mistake. They promised one thing and sent me something completely different, not once, but twice! And to make matters worse, they had the audacity to remove tags and put on fake ones to make a cheap suit look high-end. It's unbelievable how they're getting away with this. Their dishonest ways and unprofessional behavior have left me shocked. I've seen other reviews saying the same thing, so it's clear I'm not the only one who's been tricked by them. They should definitely be reported for their shady business practices. What a disgrace!
