    Booked hotel through travel website

    Customer service was terrible, eh! I booked a hotel and asked to cancel without a penalty. They said it was all good, then turn around and charged me the full amount. They blamed the hotel, saying it wasn't their fault. Now I'm stuck paying for two hotels on the same trip, eh. Definitely won't be using them again!

    I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble you had cancelling your monthly subscription. I totally get how frustrating it can be to deal with surprise fees and hidden terms. It's not cool that the cancellation process didn't go smoothly and that you had trouble with the solution link they gave you. And now you have to pay extra just to cancel? That's just not right. The lack of transparency and poor customer service is just not acceptable.

    My time at Vegas.com was amazing, eh? The staff member was so friendly and helpful, they really knew their stuff. They set me up with the best seats for the show, gave me a perfect view of everything. And get this - they even spotted that I'm a local and gave me a sweet 10% discount.     Winter Jacket

    The customer service at this store was just awful. I felt really disrespected by one of the employees, who was not only unprofessional but also showed some really negative views towards transgender people. The manager I talked to wasn't any better, adding to the bad vibes. It's not right for a store to treat customers this way. On the bright side, the second manager I spoke to was a little nicer, but the service overall was still pretty bad.

    Online coding courses for kids

    I recently tried out different online coding apps for my kid, but I was always let down until I found this amazing one. They have a wide variety of courses for different levels of skill, and the lessons are really engaging and fun, even for grown-ups. The website is easy to use, making learning a breeze. The only downside was having to download an installer for the more advanced classes, which took a bit of time to work out because of my Mac settings. Overall, this provider is top-notch, and I'm thinking about signing up my kid for their private tutoring program. If their self-paced courses are this good, I can only imagine how helpful their private tutoring will be. I'll update you once I give it a try.

    So, I gotta tell ya about this not-so-great thing that happened to me recently. I ordered something and shelled out the extra cash for next day delivery, but man, it took a whopping 4 days for my package to show up. And let me tell ya, that was a major bummer 'cause I needed those items for a hiking trip over the weekend, eh? By the time they finally arrived, I didn't even need 'em anymore. So, I hopped online and reached out to customer support. Spoke to this gal named Sobia, and she was super understanding and helpful. She didn't waste any time, got me that refund real quick. Gotta say, I was pretty darn grateful for that.

    I would strongly recommend that folks be careful when ordering from this company. Sometimes the return terms on the website don't match what's in the confirmation email, which can be confusing and frustrating, especially if you need to send something back. I learned this the hard way when the return policy wasn't as flexible as I thought, and I ended up having to argue with my credit card company to sort things out.
