Ticket purchase
I bought tickets for two different events online recently. I was tryna add more tickets to my cart but picked the wrong date for one event, oops. Since the tickets weren't refundable, I had to hit up customer service to fix it. First they sent me to the box office, but after 24 hours of waiting, I called again for an update. Luckily, Tammy got my back and fixed it in just two hours. She changed the date on my tickets, saving me 180 bucks. I'm so thankful for how quick and helpful she was, she turned what coulda been a big headache into a good thing. Thanks!

The customer service at this place was actually really good, eh? Especially since we had to deal with changing a booking - what a headache, eh? We had booked a tour using vouchers from a partner, and last minute needed to change the details. So I was all set to have a great time on my trip to Vegas, eh, I had reservations at two hotels for three nights in September. Everything was going fine until I found out our second choice was closing before our stay. But surprise, surprise, Jessica from the website saved the day. She gave me a call, fixed the problem, and found us a fantastic alternative. She cancelled the first booking and seamlessly switched us to the new hotel. Oh my goodness, I just have to say a HUGE thank you to the amazing folks at this Vegas website, eh! So, I went on this super short trip and had the worst time with my hotel reservation, y'know. But, no worries, the Vegas peeps totally fixed it for me and made sure everything was all good, eh. The hotel was not being super helpful, but the Vegas crew really saved the day, eh. So, I am totally gonna stick with them for all my future trips, eh. And let me tell you, the prices were way better than anywhere else too, eh!

I go to Vegas twice a year and always try to find fun and exciting things to do. I came across this website with lots of shows and activities at decent prices. And when I added up all the extra fees, the total cost was pretty much the same as if I had just bought the ticket straight from the show's official site. Felt like I got fooled and left feeling pretty unsatisfied overall.

But I was kind of bummed when I saw that I had to tack on an extra $75 for fees, processing, and insurance on a $200 purchase. That extra cost jacked up the total price by 37.5%, which seemed like a lot to me!
