Clothing items; exchange request for items that did not fit
I just bought some clothes from this company, eh, and they didn't all fit me right. So, I reached out to their customer service team and asked for an exchange. They were cool about it and gave me a credit for the items. It was a bit of a pain, but I thought it was a fair way to handle things. The customer service folks were really nice and helpful, making everything easy peasy. Plus, the other stuff I got in my order fit perfectly and were the right size. Overall, I was happy with my purchase, eh.

Not sure at first, but good prices
At first, I was like, "Hmm, not really sure if I should buy here or not." But then I saw the prices were way better than other places, so I was like, "Let's do it!" And you know what? They didn't let me down. Got my stuff just 4 days after ordering, all the way from Italy to where I live in Toronto. If you want the real deal but don't wanna spend all your allowance, this is the spot to shop at. Great service and prices that won't break the bank.
