Oh man, I tell ya, I was in a real jam when my initial plans went bust, but thank goodness I found this spot and got rescued by the awesome customer service. Jessica Roesner was a total angel, she went the extra mile to hook me up with different tickets to save my trip. Because of her, I ended up having a blast at a different event. The seats were amazing and the prices were way cheaper than I expected. I can't thank her enough for making sure my Vegas trip wasn't a total flop.
