I called up Silk'n customer service because my toothbrush crapped out on me, and I was super impressed by the person I talked to. At first she was a bit unsure, but as soon as I gave her my info, she jumped right in to help me out. She promised me a new toothbrush would be on its way in no time. The whole thing went really smoothly and quickly, and I honestly wish all customer service calls were as good as this one. Thanks for the awesome service!
