Recent online clothing purchase
I had a big problem with the clothes I bought online recently. I ordered them, but never got the package. So I contacted customer service for help, but the response wasn't very helpful and seemed like they were just stalling. So I ended up filing a complaint through PayPal. What made me really mad was that Zaful had proof they sent out the order, but they still wouldn't give me a refund for the lost package. It was disappointing because other online stores have refunded me right away when my orders got lost.

Metal watch falling apart
I bought a metal watch not too long ago, but it fell apart after only a few months of wearing it. The metal logo inside the watch came off and got stuck in the movement, so I couldn't even use the watch. When I contacted customer service to get it fixed, they wouldn't help me out. They basically told me I had to buy a whole new watch for $120, instead of just repairing the one I had. This whole situation left me feeling frustrated and let down by the product quality and the lack of help from customer service. I'll definitely think twice before buying from them again in the future.

Subscription payment issue
I've been dealing with this annoying problem with my subscription payments. Even though I cancelled my membership, I keep getting double-charged every month. I sent proof of my cancellation through email, but the charges just won't stop coming out of my account. Now, the company changed their name on the merchant details to avoid getting caught and they're still charging me. The workouts are good, but the payment issue is causing a lot of stress. I had to report it as credit card fraud. They really need to fix this problem fast.

Toothbrush heads purchase
I'm really disappointed with the lack of response from customer service. I ordered some new toothbrush heads and had a question about the handle, but I haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating to be kept in the dark about a simple product question. I was hoping for better communication and service from this company.
