I bought this body lotion with lavender scent from the company, but man oh man, I had some trouble during the process of ordering. I placed my order and then the website decided to crash on me, so I never got that order confirmation email I was waiting for. Still, the money got taken from my account the next day. To add to that, the package couldn't get delivered because no one was there to sign for it, and there wasn't even an option to get it sent to a pickup spot. After digging through my spam, I found a tracking number and tried to track my package a bunch of times but every time I got hit with a 19 kr fee. And guess what? Every single time I tried, an error message would just pop up, leaving me feeling frustrated and baffled. In the end, the whole thing just made me feel let down and kind of suspicious, like it might have been a scam or something.

The ordering process was easy and fast. I didn't have any trouble figuring out the website and finding what I wanted. The service was decent, nothing amazing but no big problems either. The pricing was fair compared to other online stores selling the same product. My order arrived on time like they said, no issues or damage. All in all, it was a pretty good shopping experience with them.

I had some issues with my product and had to get it replaced. The customer service rep, let's call them "J", was super helpful and understanding the whole time. They kept me in the loop about my replacement, which I really liked. It was a smooth and quick process all thanks to fantastic customer service.

I gotta say, I was seriously impressed with the service I got from the concierge team at this store. Right from when I bought my stuff, they were on the ball and super helpful, walking me through everything until it was delivered. The staff really knew their stuff, were so friendly, and did everything they could to make sure I was happy. No doubt about it, I'll be coming back to shop here again.

So, I ordered this thing online, eh? And can you believe it's been three whole weeks and it still hasn't arrived! I've been calling them every day, but nobody answers! Are they even a legit company or what, eh? I've sent them a bunch of emails and messages on social media, but no response at all, eh! They're the absolute worst, and to top it all off, they won't even acknowledge their mistake! How sketchy is that, eh? They're just taking money from people and not delivering anything. It's a complete scam, eh!
