They kept me in the loop about my replacement, which I really liked. It was a smooth and quick process all thanks to fantastic customer service.

I got something from there.
So, I ordered this thing online, eh? And can you believe it's been three whole weeks and it still hasn't arrived! I've been calling them every day, but nobody answers! Are they even a legit company or what, eh? I've sent them a bunch of emails and messages on social media, but no response at all, eh! They're the absolute worst, and to top it all off, they won't even acknowledge their mistake! How sketchy is that, eh? They're just taking money from people and not delivering anything. It's a complete scam, eh!
