Three-week return policy
The return policy at this store is so frustrating! Who would actually believe that a 21-day return policy makes sense? It's already hard enough to find the perfect gift for someone, and then to only have a short time to bring it back if they don't like it is just crazy. Plus, there's no option for exchanges, so you're just stuck with something that might not be right for you or the person you bought it for. And forget about buying gifts ahead of time, because chances are you'll be past the return deadline when you finally give it. The lack of flexibility and willingness to assist is really disappointing.
Tote bag from a warehouse sale
I bought this tote bag at a warehouse sale and was pretty pumped to score it for a good deal. But then I got an email a few days later saying my order got cancelled because they didn't have enough in stock. I asked if there were any other options, but they told me that this bag wasn't even supposed to be in the sale in the first place and there was no way around it. It was a bummer and not the best start to trying out this brand.
Late delivery, defective product, poor customer service
I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. It took more than a month for me to finally get the bag I ordered and when it showed up, there were threads sticking out all over the material. I got in touch with customer service right away and they sent me a return label to send the item back. But even after more than 9 days of sending it back, they said they never got it. Dealing with this company has been a total disaster from beginning to end. It's practically the end of March now and I still haven't seen any solution to my issue. This company is a complete joke!
Recent bag purchase
I bought a bag recently and I was so let down by how poorly made it was. The handle actually fell off after just a few days of using it. When I tried to get help from the customer service, I talked to a not-so-nice person named Alecia. She wouldn't help me at all because I didn't have the receipt, even though the bag was a gift. Dealing with this whole situation really upset me and now I won't be buying anything from this company again.
Disappointing purchase
I ordered a leather bag but got a fabric one instead, returned it with a gift, and then got accused of keeping the gift. They even deducted the value of the gift from my refund. So unfair, the service was so disrespectful, and the brand is dishonest.
Tote bag purchase
So, I bought this tote bag online and man, was I bummed when I got it and it was all used up and damaged. Like, there were obvious signs of wear and tear – torn plastic, scratches like it got dragged on the road or something. And they didn't even bother to put protective wrapping on the zipper pulls, what's up with that? When I reached out to customer service, they told me they'd send me a replacement real quick, but it's been a week now and still no new bag or tracking info. Dealing with customer service has been a pain, with them taking forever to reply to my emails or calls. Feels like I'm talking to robots who couldn't care less about my problems. This whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, definitely not shopping from them again.
Recent handbag purchase
So, I recently bought a new handbag and man, was I disappointed. Their website and social media pages were full of errors, and the customer service folks didn't even know until I had to give them a call. When I talked to the higher-ups, they weren't very helpful and kind of brushed me off. It seems like this company cares more about making money and keeping their own relationships happy than making sure customers are happy.

I'm really bummed about how I was treated by their customer service, especially by one advisor who was super rude. I had been chatting with them online a few times, and every time the responses were so unhelpful. But today, when I was trying to sort out a problem with my bag, I got cut off in the middle of our chat after getting a cold automated response. It's just crazy to me how unhelpful they were, especially when you think about how pricey their bags are.
Disappointing customer service
I had such a bad experience with this company. I spent a lot of money on my purchase, but the customer service person I talked to was no help at all. They couldn't even help me with a simple request and only cared about following the rules instead of giving me a good experience. I was told I would get a dust bag with my next order, but when I made a new order, I only got the dust bag for that order. It was so annoying to have to keep talking to the customer service person and not get any help, just excuses. This is not okay, especially from a brand that's supposed to be high-end. It's obvious they care more about their rules than making customers happy, which is really disappointing. Overall, a really bad and unsatisfactory experience with this brand that has left me very unhappy.
Shipping issue with order
I had recently ordered something from this store and thought I would get free shipping because my order was above a certain amount. But when I went to checkout, I saw that I was still being charged for shipping, even though I qualified for free shipping. So I contacted Customer Service, and they told me that free shipping is only for those who create an account, which I didn't want to do. The person I talked to was nice, but didn't really try to help me much. In the end, I just canceled my order because I didn't expect to pay an extra 10 dollars for shipping. If a company says they offer free shipping, they should stick to their word for their customers.
Easy ordering, regular updates, fast delivery
I just bought something from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed. Ordering was easy, I got emails updating me on my order, and the delivery to Canada was so quick. The package was well wrapped and I was super happy with how it all went down.

I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a long time now, buying a lot of stuff for myself and as gifts. But my recent customer service experience with them was really disappointing. They got back to me pretty quickly, which I appreciated, but in the end they said they couldn't help me, even though I offered to pay for the fix. It's frustrating to find out that they only offer help for products bought in the last year, because sometimes you need help after that time. So, now I'm looking for a new brand to meet my needs.
