Online service manual purchase
I had a really good experience buying a service manual online from the website. It was super quick and easy, and I found the manual I needed right away. The website was really user-friendly, and I liked how simple it was to place my order. I was pleasantly surprised when the printed manual arrived at my place in just a little over a day, so I could start my project earlier than I thought. All in all, I was really happy with the service from Haynes.

Replacement shroud for my RV AC
Oh my goodness, I ordered a new shroud for my RV air conditioner and it still hasn't arrived after 2 weeks! They keep telling me it's coming from the manufacturer and it takes 7 to 10 business days to process the order. Ugh, I wish I had known it would take this long, I would have gone somewhere else! And they keep sending me all these emails about surveys and joining some club with them, like, stop bothering me and just send my order already!

Disappointing customer service
I had such a bad experience with this company. I spent a lot of money on my purchase, but the customer service person I talked to was no help at all. They couldn't even help me with a simple request and only cared about following the rules instead of giving me a good experience. I was told I would get a dust bag with my next order, but when I made a new order, I only got the dust bag for that order. It was so annoying to have to keep talking to the customer service person and not get any help, just excuses. This is not okay, especially from a brand that's supposed to be high-end. It's obvious they care more about their rules than making customers happy, which is really disappointing. Overall, a really bad and unsatisfactory experience with this brand that has left me very unhappy.

Bought bike accessories
I had a terrible time with Competitive Cyclist. I ordered some bike accessories three months ago, and my order still hasn't been filled. I called customer service many times, and they kept telling me they were working on it, but nothing happened. On top of that, their payment system made my credit card get cancelled twice, which was so annoying. Like some other people said in their reviews, I felt totally ignored and had to deal with the whole mess myself. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
