I'm really upset with my experience at this hair company. My package got sent to the wrong address, and the quality of the hair I got was not good. The staff said I was lying when I tried to talk about these problems, and even when I asked to speak to a manager, they didn't listen. The customer service rep I talked to on WhatsApp was not very nice and didn't help me. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who cares about professionalism and quality. Maybe if they had a head office in London, things would be better.

I bought a sling bag at a warehouse sale not long ago. To my disappointment, the bag I got was dirty, looked like it had been used, and didn't have its straps. When I reached out to customer service about it, they told me that items from warehouse sales are final sale, even if they're in bad shape or missing parts. I'm really upset by how this company is handling things - it's clear they care more about money than making sure customers are happy. I might have to take legal action to deal with this.
