Bus ticket from Venice to Ljubljana
I decided to hop on the bus as suggested by my hotel in Venice because of the train strikes. Gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The bus was super clean, had big windows for a nice view, and the ride was smooth and quiet. The seats were comfy and the bathroom was tidy. Even with all the holiday traffic, the bus still managed to get to our destination on time. But once we got to Ljubljana, things got a bit chaotic when everyone tried to get off the bus at once and grab their luggage. Luckily, the driver was there to help with organizing the luggage situation. All in all, I was pretty impressed with the service and would definitely consider taking the bus again.

Sunglasses purchase
I just bought a pair of sunglasses from this online shop and I gotta say, I'm super happy with my purchase. The quality of the sunglasses was way better than I expected and I'm really happy I decided to buy from this store. The customer service was fantastic, they helped me with all my questions and gave me all the details I needed before I bought the sunglasses. Plus, my order arrived quickly and in perfect shape. All in all, I had a great time shopping at this store and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

Shipping issue with order
I had recently ordered something from this store and thought I would get free shipping because my order was above a certain amount. But when I went to checkout, I saw that I was still being charged for shipping, even though I qualified for free shipping. So I contacted Customer Service, and they told me that free shipping is only for those who create an account, which I didn't want to do. The person I talked to was nice, but didn't really try to help me much. In the end, I just canceled my order because I didn't expect to pay an extra 10 dollars for shipping. If a company says they offer free shipping, they should stick to their word for their customers.

I was really let down by my experience with GetSmarter. It's not cool that they don't tell you how much courses cost ahead of time. I shouldn't have to sign up before knowing the price. Being upfront about costs is important when buying online, and GetSmarter dropped the ball on that.

Product based on online photos
Hey there, So, I'm an international customer and I gotta tell you about this recent online purchase I made. I completely based my decision on the photos on the website, right? But here's the kicker - when the product showed up, it was totally different from what was advertised. To make matters worse, I was told that I had to foot the bill for sending it back. Talk about a bummer. I feel really let down and not too thrilled about the whole deal.

Late shipment, lack of communication
I made an order back in October and never got any shipping details from this company. I've sent them a bunch of emails but haven't heard anything back. It's been so hard to reach them any other way. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company unless you like wasting your money. I don't think they should be allowed to keep doing business.
