    I recently bought some emergency supplies from a store, but the whole process was not as good as I had expected. Ordering was easy, but the service after that was not so great. I had to wait a long time and when I asked about my order, I just got excuses and more delays. It was disappointing, especially since I was a first-time customer. I did eventually get my items, but the lack of communication and clarity was frustrating. The products themselves were good, but the bad service really ruined the whole experience for me. I don't think I'll be going back to that store because of the poor customer service.

    Delayed shipment, incorrect order

    I bought something from that store not long ago and it was a real letdown. When I ordered, it didn't say the items were back-ordered and there was no hint that there would be a delay. Two weeks later, they told me about the delay, and it took another eight days for my order to come. And to top it off, when my order finally arrived, I got six MRE entrees of the wrong flavor instead of the mix I wanted. That kind of bad service and lack of care for details is just not okay.

    I'm really disappointed with my experience at this store. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about when it's gonna be shipped. It's really frustrating not knowing what's going on.

    Emergency food supply

    I ordered an emergency food supply back on October 25th and it was supposed to be here by November 2nd. Today's the 2nd and all I got was an email asking for a review. I still haven't even gotten a shipping notification or the actual item I bought. It's pretty annoying not knowing where my order is or when it's coming. This whole situation makes it hard to give a good review.

    First order before hurricane

    I placed my first order right before the first hurricane of the year and I was so pumped to get all my prepping stuff. But you know what? I still haven't received anything! They told me it would come in separate shipments, and I only got a small part of it the other day. Luckily, they also sent me a gift card, so I'll give them a two out of five. On the positive side, I really enjoy all the interesting articles they send me to read!

    #10 cans

    My experience with The Ready Store was not great. I ordered #10 cans but got pouches instead. When I asked about it, they said they didn't have #10 cans anymore. Pouches don't work for me because I need #10 cans for stacking and longer shelf life. The customer service was really bad and I'm pretty disappointed and frustrated.

    I ordered some frozen meals on September 22, 2019 and today is October 1, 2019 but my order is still stuck in processing. I am so frustrated with how long it's taking. If you can't handle all the orders, then don't promote deals that you can't follow through on. It's just not right.

    I just bought some emergency supplies from that store the other day. The delivery of my order got delayed, which was pretty annoying. They said in an email that it would be shipped soon, but I still haven't got it. They did give me a $10 coupon for my next purchase to make up for it, but I don't think that's enough. I really care about getting my stuff on time and being able to rely on a store, and they didn't come through for me this time. I might look into other places for my emergency supplies from now on.

    I just bought some emergency supplies online and I was kind of shocked that they didn't even give me a confirmation email. Most online stores send one right away so you know they got your order, but this one didn't. I had to wait a few days and then use their chat to double-check if they got it. Also, I saw that a couple of my old orders were marked as "cancelled" without me knowing why. It's a bit worrying that they're not being clear or keeping me in the loop, it makes me think twice about buying from them again.

    I'm totally let down by my experience with this company. I ordered an emergency kit that was supposedly in stock and even paid for it. But then, a few days later, I got an email saying they actually didn't have it in stock and the manufacturer had discontinued it. I felt so frustrated and let down. I didn't get the supplies I needed and ended up wasting my time and money. I won't be purchasing from them again, that's for sure.

    I ordered some emergency survival supplies over a month ago, but I still haven't received them. They told me everything was in stock when I placed my order, but now I keep getting messages about delays because they're swamped with orders. On top of that, I'm getting bombarded with daily coupon codes and reminders to buy more stuff, even though I haven't even gotten what I already paid for. It's frustrating, eh?

    I ordered some items that were supposed to be in stock, but then they switched it to different items because they ran out of what I wanted. It's been so long and my order still hasn't been shipped. They charged my credit card right away, but my order hasn't moved an inch. This will definitely be my first and last order from them.

The customer service team straight-up lied to us about the shipping date. Next time, we'll definitely be going with a different supplier.

    Emergency food purchase

    It's just not worth it to wait around forever. I ordered some emergency food and a backpack, but both shipments got delayed a bunch of times. The first order took almost a whole month to show up, and then the second order got delayed another 10 days after I ordered it. Getting a $10 off coupon for the delays was a nice gesture, but I'd much rather have actually gotten my stuff on time. I'm not sure if I'd want to order from here again.
