I bought an emergency food supply back in May, and I've been waiting for it to arrive ever since. They told me there was a delay because they were having trouble getting the plastic containers. I called recently to check on my order, as they said it was ready to ship, but I was left on hold after hours. I'm really unhappy with the lack of communication and broken promises from this company.

This pen is absolutely amazing! It writes so well and feels really smooth. I love the way it looks and it's super easy to hold. Right now I only have one, but I'm definitely going to get more to add to my collection. And it's pretty cool that it has a NASA connection too, which is so neat! Huge thanks to Mr. Paul Fisher for creating such an awesome pen!

I'm really upset about the dishonesty I encountered with this company. The customer service person told me that my order was already sent out, but when I asked for a tracking number, they confessed that it hadn't even been shipped yet. It's not okay to deceive customers and show no respect for their support. Trust is crucial in a customer-business relationship, and this company really dropped the ball in that department.
