2. I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure about the price at first, but man, this backpack totally blew me away. The compartments are so well thought out and the quality is seriously top-notch. The top compartment fits all my must-haves and the laptop slot is super handy. Poor service, untrained reps
My experience with the service has been pretty disappointing, eh. Ever since I switched from my old security provider, I've run into a bunch of problems. The folks I've talked to don't really seem to know what they're doing, and it feels like they're more focused on saving the company money than giving us good service. I'm thinking of switching to a different security company, even though it'll take some time and money.
