Bra packaging issue
I used to give this brand a pretty bad review, but I gotta say, after talking to their customer service, my opinion has changed. Alice was on it, and my missing order got resent super fast with priority shipping. That part of dealing with them was great. But, the bras themselves came in just a bag with no padding, so they ended up ripped by the time they got to me. Thankfully, the bras were ok. Still, the lack of decent packaging was a bit disappointing, especially considering how much the bras cost.
Issue with sale price not applied
I recently had an issue while trying to buy something online, the sale price wasn't showing up in my cart. So, I chatted with customer service and this person named Kabou helped me out. She quickly recognized the problem and fixed the price in my cart. Thanks to her, I was able to finish my purchase without any problems. Kabou was really nice and got everything sorted out for me, so the whole thing was easy and pleasant.
Seamless Scoop Bralette
This bralette is seriously the comfiest one I've ever had on. It's like a second skin, I could honestly wear it all day. But gotta be real, it doesn't have much support, especially for bigger busts like mine (38D). With no padding, my nips tend to peek through and the uni-boob situation is real. But even with those issues, I keep grabbing it because it's just so dang comfy.
Black lace bra purchase
My order for a black lace bra went missing during delivery, but luckily Liz, the customer service rep, came through and quickly refunded me. She was super helpful and even stayed in touch by email once everything was sorted out. It's so rare to find customer service that good!
2 bras, fit issue
I bought two bras from this company not too long ago. The first one fit like a dream, but the second one was way too small. Trying to return it has been a real headache - the customer service hasn't been very helpful or pleasant. It's a bummer, but I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
Uplift Plunge bra
The Uplift Plunge bra is honestly the best fitting and most flattering bra I've ever worn. It gives me amazing shape and support, making me feel super confident and comfortable all day. But man, the quality of this bra is just not cutting it. I've been a loyal customer and bought a bunch over the years, but every single one has had those pesky wires poking through at the sides. Even a lace one I got a while back got all wonky and shrank, with the lining peeking out. I've been super careful with washing and drying them, using bra bags and hanging them up, but they just can't seem to hold up like my cheaper ones. It's frustrating to spend money on a bra that falls apart like a cheap $12 one, especially with the hefty price tag it comes with. As much as I love how the Uplift Plunge bra fits, it's hard to keep buying it when the quality doesn't hold up over time.
Three bras, fit issues
I bought three bras, but only one actually fits right. The mesh one is okay, the scoop one is a little tight, and the sports one is just too small. I'm not impressed at all!
Two bras purchased
I ordered two bras from this online store because they had a 60-day return policy, but it didn't turn out well. I used their fit tool to figure out my size and picked two styles they suggested. It took ages for them to show up, and when they finally did, I took off the tags and wore them for a bit. They ended up being super uncomfortable - digging into my skin whenever I bent over or sat down, I even got bruises! I tried to send them back, but turns out they don't accept returns on bras without the tags. Such a pain!
