24/7 t-shirt bras
I recently got three 24/7 t-shirt bras and let me tell you, they fit like a dream and are the most comfortable bras I've ever had. Not only are they comfy, but they wash really well too. I accidentally put one in the dryer and while it lost a bit of its shape, it's still good to wear. I totally recommend these bras for anyone who wants comfort and quality. I ordered them back in the spring of 2020 when things were crazy with the pandemic. There was a shipping delay, but the customer service rep I talked to was super helpful and fixed everything quickly. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and the service I got.
Bra packaging issue
I used to give this brand a pretty bad review, but I gotta say, after talking to their customer service, my opinion has changed. Alice was on it, and my missing order got resent super fast with priority shipping. That part of dealing with them was great. But, the bras themselves came in just a bag with no padding, so they ended up ripped by the time they got to me. Thankfully, the bras were ok. Still, the lack of decent packaging was a bit disappointing, especially considering how much the bras cost.
Issue with sale price not applied
I recently had an issue while trying to buy something online, the sale price wasn't showing up in my cart. So, I chatted with customer service and this person named Kabou helped me out. She quickly recognized the problem and fixed the price in my cart. Thanks to her, I was able to finish my purchase without any problems. Kabou was really nice and got everything sorted out for me, so the whole thing was easy and pleasant.
Full coverage bra, comfortable, well-made
The full coverage bra from this company is seriously the comfiest bra I've ever had. It gives great support and coverage without skimping on comfort. I'm amazed at how well these bras have stayed in shape over time, keeping their support even with everyday wear. The 24/7 full coverage style is hands down my top choice for daily wear. I totally recommend this bra for anyone wanting comfort and support all in one.
Bra return
I ordered a bra, eh, but it didn't fit me, unfortunately. I knew they had an easy return policy, so I followed all the instructions carefully and sent it back. They let me know that they got the bra, but it's been three months now and I still haven't received my refund. I've tried emailing, calling, and texting them, giving them all the details like tracking numbers and payment confirmations, but I haven't heard back. It's been really frustrating dealing with their customer service. You can't rely on getting your money back if your bra doesn't fit, that's for sure.
A bra with faulty strap
I bought a bra from this brand not too long ago, and I was really let down when one of the straps started falling apart after just a few months of wear. I tried to contact customer service a few times to sort it out, but every time I was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever had. It’s just not right for a bra to fall apart so fast, especially when they cost so much. I definitely won’t be buying from this brand again and I won’t be suggesting it to others.
Seamless Scoop Bralette
This bralette is seriously the comfiest one I've ever had on. It's like a second skin, I could honestly wear it all day. But gotta be real, it doesn't have much support, especially for bigger busts like mine (38D). With no padding, my nips tend to peek through and the uni-boob situation is real. But even with those issues, I keep grabbing it because it's just so dang comfy.
Black lace bra purchase
My order for a black lace bra went missing during delivery, but luckily Liz, the customer service rep, came through and quickly refunded me. She was super helpful and even stayed in touch by email once everything was sorted out. It's so rare to find customer service that good!
Form Seamless V-Neck Wireless bra
As a loyal customer of ThirdLove, I've bought and loved a few of their t-shirt bras. They were super cute and comfy. But, when I tried out the Form Seamless V-Neck Wireless bra, it was a big letdown. Even though I ordered the same size as before, it was way too small. I exchanged it for a bigger size, but even the XL was way too tight and left marks on my skin. I contacted customer service, but got conflicting info on sizes and a strict return policy. I've told my friends about ThirdLove and think they should really take another look at their sizing charts so others don't go through the same frustrating experience.
Long wait for my order
Oh my goodness, I waited forever for my stuff to arrive! It took so long and I was super impatient. The communication was terrible and the customer service was the worst! But the stuff I received was totally awesome! With such long waiting times, I might just shop elsewhere next time.
Bra fit issues
The bra I bought from this company was so disappointing. It didn't fit right at all, and the material was super scratchy and uncomfortable. Trying to send it back was a real pain and took forever. By the time I finally managed to return it, it was too late according to their policy. And to top it off, the customer service people I talked to were really rude and not helpful at all.
-Order out-of-stock mix-up
My most recent order from that online store was a total letdown. When I placed my order, I saw that it was stuck in "label created" status for so long. And then, when I finally reached out about the delay, they told me that the stuff I wanted was out of stock in my size. It was really frustrating to have to be the one to point this out, cuz customers shouldn't be able to order things that aren't even in stock. They really need to get their inventory act together, this situation is not cool at all. It's definitely given me a bad impression of this company.
Unimpressed with sizing and support
Do you want to chat about the nightmare of bra shopping? Let me tell you, it was a disaster. I followed their sizing advice and ended up with a bra that could double as a parachute. Tried to exchange it, but still couldn't find one that fit right. And don't even get me started on the sports bra I kept - it turned into a saggy mess after a few hours. Talk about a letdown.
Two bras
I bought two bras from this company trying to find the right size, but they both ended up being too small. Even though I followed the size chart on the website, the bras were not the right fit for me. I feel let down and like I wasted my money on items that didn't match what was advertised online. I won't be buying from this company in the future.
Bras and underwear
As someone who's bought stuff from this brand, I gotta say I was kinda let down by the lack of sizes that fit smaller cups like 32A. They talk about half cup sizes, but honestly, there's hardly any bras in that range. And let's talk about the quality - the underwear didn't fit right, one bra showed through my clothes in a bad way, and another bra lost its shape after only a month of wearing it. And to make matters worse, the prices were pretty high, so it really sucked that the stuff wasn't even that good.
Black Bra Order
I bought a black bra online, and the first time I ordered from them it was amazing. The bra was wrapped nicely in tissue paper and fit perfectly. But this time, it was disappointing. They didn't have the brand I wanted, so I had to guess my size (which was way off from my old one). It took two whole weeks for my order to arrive! When it finally came, the bras were just thrown in a box, no tissue paper or anything, and they fit terribly. Plus, there was someone else's order form in the box. I'm really frustrated with this place now, not sure if I should order from them again. Will I have to wait forever for my new order too? The holidays shouldn't be an excuse for such bad service. They had my order ready to ship, but just left it there. Ugh!
Wrong order received
I ordered three bras, but I ended up getting someone else's order. They told me it would take a long time to fix it. I waited, but then they gave me a completely different response. My order didn't even show up, and when I tried to return it, they said I couldn't. Now I'm left with three bras that don't even fit me! Ugh, frustrating!
